Sir, I reside in Delhi and passed 12th Exam. CBSE. I want to admission in any government engineering colleges in Bihar, while I did not gave BCECE (Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination). I gave the JEE Mains Exam. but only obtained 61 marks & in Indraprastha University Delhi my rank is 25923 in B. Tech CET Exam. How I will take admission in Bihar (any govt. engineering colleges).
