Institute of Technology and Management, ITM Bhilwara was established in the year 2003. The college is promoted by Sangam Group. The institute is approved by all India council for technical education (AICTE) New Delhi and affiliated to Rajasthan Technical University Kota and university of Rajasthan jaipur. The college was established with the mission to provide world class technical and management education and to make higher education more accessible and affordable to all the sections of society.

The college is currently offering five undergraduate degree courses in engineering discipline with the total intake capacity of 420 students and various postgraduate degree courses, in MBA, MCA and M.tech.
