CT Institute of Technology, Jalandhar

CT Institute of Technology, Jalandhar was established in the year 2008. The college is a private aided institute established by the CT Educational Society as a part of the CT group of Institutions. The college was established with the vision of providing quality technical education in the country and promoting entrepreneurial culture in the North West region of India. The college is approved by AICTE New Delhi and affiliated to Punjab Technical University (PTU) Jalandhar.

Campus:

The college is located at Shahpur on Nakodar Road in Jalandhar district of Punjab. The college campus is located in a serene and beautiful surroundings. The college is located at about 10.5 kms from Jalandhar Bus Stand and 12.5 kms from Jalandhar Railway Station.

Programmes:

The college is offering five courses in undergraduate engineering discipline, leading to the degree of B.tech, with the total intake capacity of 420 students. The college is also offering various courses in the applied sciences and management discipline.

Facilities:

The college is offering facilities like fully featured labs and workshops, spacious and well ventilated classrooms, well stocked library consisting of large volumes of books of science, engineering, management of various national and international publications. The college has state of the art computer centre with internet facility and fully equipped hardware and software. The other facilities include separate hostel facility for boys and girls, medical facility, mess and canteen facility, sports facility, in house bank and ATM facility.

Placement:

The college has a Training and placement cell which takes care of all the training and placement related activities. The cell helps the students by providing them with a platform so that they can be recruited in top organizations. CTIT has tied up with Texas Instruments, IBM and Cynosure for industrial training and placement of its students. The cell also runs various personality development programs, so that the students are confident enough while facing their campus interviews.
