Rajarshi Rananjay Sinh Institute of Management & Technology, Amethi

Rajarshi Rananjay Sinh Institute of Management & Technology (RRSIMT) is a part of the Rajarshi Rananjay Sinh Group of Institutions. It was established in the year 1916 by the Late Raja of Amethi, Rajarshi Rananjay Sinh. The RRSIMT is a private and self-financing institution. The RRSIMT is affiliated to the UP Technical University. The RRSIMT campus is approved by the AICTE and MHRD, New Delhi.

Campus:

The RRSIMT campus is situated on the Amethi – Munshiganj Road near Sanjay Gandhi Hospital at Munshiganj in Amethi, the district of UP. The campus is spread over an area of 60 acres land. The campus is 7 Km away from the Amethi City and 2 km from the Munshiganj Town.

Programmes:

The RRSIMT is offering the B.Tech course in six disciplines in the field of engineering & technology and an MBA programme.

Students & Faculty:

The campus offers the 420 seats for admission as annual intake in all programmes. The campus also has the 43 faculty members in all departments.

Facilities:

The RRSIMT campus provides the lecture halls, library, computer centre, separate accommodation for boys and girls, cafeteria, guest house for the parents, bank, ATM, generator and transport facility.

Activities:

The institution is conducting the personality development programme, internship training, industrial visits, conference and workshops. The institution organizes the co-curricular and extracurricular activities for the students.

Placement:

The Training & Placement cell is facilitating the 6-8 weeks compulsory on-the-job practical training and project for students at the end of last semester. The cell is providing the job placement for the student in various companies visiting in the campus like Cognizant, HCL, Genpact, Vodafone, Fuzi-Kawa, Usha Power and Policy Bazaar.
