Presidency University 2022 Application Form

Following are the complete details with some important instruction regarding the Presidency University Application Form 2022:

• Presidency University Application Form has been released for UG & PG courses.
• Candidates are able to submit the application form from 13th May 2022 through online mode.
• Only eligible candidates have allowed to submit the application form, so candidates are advised to confirm their eligibility before applying.
• Candidates must fill the application form very carefully as any alteration in the details could cause rejection of application form.
• Candidate must submit the application form before the prescribed date, as no application form will be accepted after that date.
• There is no need to sent application form by post to the authority.
• Candidates must keep the printout of filled application form and fee receipt for future references.

Application Fee:

• The Application Fee can be submitted through online mode.
• Candidates can use Credit Card, Debit Card and Net Banking payment gateways for transaction of application fee.
• Application Fee will be 500/- for Open category and Rs.400/- for reserved category candidate.

 Presidency University Eligibility Criteria

Following are the complete eligibility criteria for the Presidency University Admission:

For UG:

• Nationality: Candidates must be an Indian citizen to be eligible for admission.
• Qualification: Candidates must passed 10+2 intermediate or equivalent from any recognized board.
• Marks: Marks criteria will be different as per the courses and category.
• Domicile: Reserved category candidates must have domicile certificate of West Bengal state.
• Appearing: Candidates those are appearing in their 12^th class will also be eligible

For PG:

• Qualification: Candidates must be the bachelor’s degree holder from any recognized institution.
• Marks Criteria: Marks varies for various categories and courses.
• Domicile: Reserved category candidates must have domicile certificate of West Bengal.
• Appearing: Candidates appearing in the final semester examination of B.Sc. / B.A. or equivalent can also apply.

Presidency University 2022 Admission Procedure

Presidency University Admission Procedure will be regulated UG & PG entrance examination. Candidates will have to score more than prescribed cut off marks to be eligible for the Presidency University admission procedure.

University will prepare a merit list contain the names of shortlisted candidates for the counselling procedure. Merit list will be prepared on the basis of candidates scores in the under graduate and post graduate entrance exam.

 Presidency University 2022 Entrance Exam

Presidency University will conduct conducts Presidency University Bachelor Degree Entrance Test and Presidency University Master Degree Entrance Test.

Presidency university examination will be conducted for UG & PG courses in second week of August 2022 and third week of August 2022 through offline mode, respectively. Only successfully registered candidates at the registration portal will be allowed to participate in the examination.

 Presidency University 2022 Result

Presidency University result will be released by the authority after few days from the completion of examination. Authority will release the result for every exam participated candidate individually. Candidates will be able to access their result from the fourth week of August 2022 for UG and last week of August 2022 for PG courses.

Authority will release the result through online mode only. Candidates will be able to check their individual result by login into the website of authority. Candidates are advised to keep their result safe till the completion of admission procedure.

Presidency University 2022 Counselling

Presidency University counselling procedure will be commenced after few days from the declaration of result. Authority will conduct separate counselling procedure for both PUBDET and PUMDET examination. Only successfully qualified candidates from the examination will be allowed to participate in the counselling procedure.

Candidates will be able to register themselves for the counselling procedure from first week of September 2022 through online mode.

The counselling procedure will be regulated in the various rounds including registration, Choice filling, Fee Payment and allotment of seats. The seats will be allotted to the candidates on the basis of their scores in the examination.

Candidates will also have to submit the following documents at the time of counselling for verification rounds:

• 10^thclass mark sheet and certificate
• 12^thclass mark sheet and certificate
• Graduation mark sheet
• Transfer certificate
• Migration certificate
• Character certificate
• Domicile certificate
• Passport size photographs etc.
