TMISAT 2026 Application Form
Know about TMISAT Registration 2026, in the below provided section:

TMISAT 2026 Eligibility Criteria

For B.Tech (Marine Eng.):
- Qualifying level: Candidates must have completed 10+2 level or its equivalent from a recognized board/ university.
- Qualifying subject: In the 12th level, students must have Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English as compulsory subjects.
- Qualifying marks: In PCM subjects, students should have obtained at least of 60% marks. 50% marks in English in 10th OR 12th
- Marital Status/ Gender: Only unmarried candidates are eligible. Both genders can participate.
- Age: Candidates (males) born on or after 1st September 2005 are eligible. Age relaxation of 2 years is given to females which means those born on or after 1st September 2003 are eligible.
- Scores: Both TMISAT and IMU CET scores are mandatory for admission.
- Physical fitness: It is important for students to qualify the minimum physical fitness and medical standards as per DG Shipping Guidelines.
For B.Tech (Nautical Science):
- Qualifying level: Candidates must have completed 10+2 level or its equivalent from a recognised board/ university.
- Qualifying subject: In the 12th level, students must have Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English as compulsory subjects.
- Qualifying marks: In PCM subjects, students should have obtained at least of 60% marks (50% marks in English in 10th OR 12th).

TMISAT 2026 Admission Procedure
Admission into Toolani Maritime Institute is offered via aptitude test known as TMISAT & through IMU CET scores. Besides, other parameters are also considered such as student’s 10+2 PCM marks, performance in an interview and satisfactory medical tests.

TMISAT 2026 Entrance Test
Toolani Maritime Institute conducts online aptitude test known as TMISAT (Toolani Maritime Institute Science Aptitude Test). There are 200 questions in the paper to be answered in two and a half hours duration.
The subjects from which the questions will be asked – Personality, Mathematics, Physics, Verbal and Non -verbal intelligence tests. No section will have negative marking.
TMISAT 2026 Result/ Merit List
The results of TMISAT 2026 can be checked through online mode on the website. Students will be able to check the scores obtained in TMISAT immediately after the entrance test.
Students will be able to view results on the screen. Those qualified can further proceed for counselling/ interview process.
TMISAT 2026 Counselling/ Interview
For the qualifiers, TMI normally organises interviews on the same day or the next of TMISAT. Also, medical test is conducted after the TMISAT.
