JEE Main Exam Update: The National Testing Agency has released the JEE Main 2026 notification PDF today, on 31st October 2025.
Candidates going to the Joint Entrance Exam Main for the upcoming session should read the notice very carefully before applying.
Along with the notification, the NTA has also activated the JEE Main 2026 registration for the January session.
JEE Main 2026 Notification
For the upcoming session of JEE Mains 2026, the exam authority has announced a few changes and updates that candidates should be aware of.
- The JEE Main 2026 official wesbite is jeemain.nta.nic.in
- NTA JEE Main 2026 Session 1 registration commenced on 31st October 2025, and the last day to apply is 27th November 2025.
- JEE Main 2026 session 1 exam date is 21st to 30th January 2026, and JEE Main 2026 session 2 exam date is 2nd to 9th April 2026.
- For JEE 2026, candidates are not allowed to select their city preference, they can only select the preferred state for the test.
- NTA is going to conduct the JEE Main examination in the computer-based mode for both the January and April sessions.

Candidates who have checked the details regarding the examination and have met the JEE Main 2026 eligibility criteria can apply through online mode. Other than only, there is no other mode to register for JEE.
The JEE registration window is open for one month, and candidates are required to submit the JEE form successfully before the deadline. Once the deadline is met, no requests will be accepted by the NTA.
