NIMS University 2026 Eligibility Criteria

B.Tech Course: 

• Qualification: To be eligible, candidates must pass class 12th level or equivalent from any recognised board. 
• Subject: In the qualifying exam, candidates must have Physics/ Mathematics/ Chemistry/ Computer Science/ Biotechnology, etc to apply.
• Marks: Candidates must secure at least 45% marks for general (40% marks for reserved category candidates) to apply. 

B.Arch Course: 

• Qualification: One must have qualified class 12th and 10+3 with a diploma from any recognized board. 
• Subjects: In qualifying exam, candidates must have Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) subjects. 
• Scores: Candidates with a valid score of NATA & JEE exam can also apply. 

M.Tech Course: 

• Qualification: To apply, candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline from a recognized university. 
• Marks: In qualifying exam, candidates must obtain 50% marks (45% marks for reserved category candidates). 
• Appearing: Those appearing candidates in final year will also be eligible to apply for admission.

M.Sc. Course: 

• Qualification: Applicants with a bachelor’s degree in any discipline recognized by UGC can apply. 
• Subject: One must have Mathematics subject in qualifying exam to be eligible. 
• Marks: To be eligible for admission, candidates must score at least 55% marks in aggregate. 

NIMS University 2026 Admission Procedure 

NIMS University 2026 admission procedure will be organized through online mode only. There will be various factors on which admission depends such as entrance exam & merit based. Qualified candidates in the exam will be able to participate in admission. 

Candidates will be required to select the course and submit the admission fee to confirm the admission at the time of admission procedure. University will release the admission letter for shortlisted candidates. Candidates will be able to download the admission letter through online mode from the website. 

NIMS University 2026 Entrance Exam 

To provide admission, the university also conducts its own entrance exam. It has been conducted at university level to provide admission in various undergraduate & postgraduate courses. However, for some courses there is no entrance exam conducted. 

Admission to those courses is provided based on other state/ national level exam scores & merit list. NIMS University 2026 exam is conducted through online mode only. Admission to B.Tech, BCA, M.Tech, M.Com, MA, etc. courses is provided to qualified candidates. Those qualified candidates in the exam are able to participate for further counselling rounds. 

NIMS University 2026 Merit List 

Merit list for NIMS University 2026 is released in the month of June 2026. Candidates can download the result through online mode only. There is no other option available to access the result. 

To access the merit list, candidates have to use their login credentials such as User ID & Password. Based on the marks obtained by the candidates in the entrance exam, the university prepares the merit list. 

NIMS University 2026 Cut Off
