• Click on ‘NEW Registration’ tab and provide your own email and mobile number.
• Generate OTP and set username and password.

IGNOU Eligibility Criteria 2026

B.Ed Programme:

• Qualifying degree: Students should have Bachelors degree and/ or Masters degree or any other equivalent qualification from a recognised board or university.
• Qualifying subjects: Students should have relevant UG/ PG degree in Sciences/ Social Sciences/ Commerce/ Humanities. Bachelors in Engineering or Technology with specialisation in mathematics and science.
• Qualifying Marks: At least of 50% marks either in Bachelors degree and/ or Masters degree in relevant subjects/ specialisation. Bachelors in Engineering or Technology in relevant specialisation with 55% marks.

• The students eligible to be students of B.Ed (ODL) – (a) Trained in-service teachers in elementary education (b) students completed a NCTE recognised teacher education course via face-to face mode.

MBA (ODL) Programme:

• Qualifying degree: Candidates should have passed Bachelors degree of minimum 3 years from a recognised board or university.
• Qualifying marks: Students in qualifying degree must have secured at least of 50% marks (45% marks in case of reserved category candidates).

• Exam mode: Candidates have to appear in exam through online mode.
• Type of Questions: The paper will have objective type of questions.
• Number of Questions: There will be 100 questions in the paper.
• Marks: Exam will be of 100 marks.
• Duration: 120 minutes are given to solve the paper.
• Language: Exam will be available in English & Hindi languages.

IGNOU 2026 B.Ed Admit Card

The authority will release IGNOU B.Ed admit card 2026 in March 2026. Candidates will be able to download the hall ticket through online mode. Registered candidates will have to visit the website.

Login details will be required to download the admit card from the website. After downloading the admit card, candidates must keep the hardcopy of the admit card safe till examination. It will consist of the details such as name, parent’s name, timing of exam, dates, venue, signature, candidates details, etc.

IGNOU 2026 Answer Key

Candidates will be able to view the IGNOU 2026 B.Ed answer key through online mode. It will be available in PDF format. To download the answer key, candidates will have to visit the IGNOU website online.

Authority will also provide the facility to raise an objection against the IGNOU answer key 2026. With the help of the answer key, candidates will be able to predict their estimated scores in the exam. The result will be announced based on the answer key.
