CMC Vellore Application Form 2026

• CMC Vellore has released application forms for MBBS admissions on 23rd February 2026.
• Registration process has been started via submission of NEET UG 2026 scores.
• End date to apply online with payment for MNW category is 30th March 2026.
• Students can submit supporting documents (where applicable) before the last date 4th April 2026.
• For open category applying via general merit, last date to submit application online with payment will be 2 weeks after NEET UG results are declared.
• Incomplete form will get rejected so students must completely fill the form. Only ONE application per candidate will be accepted, multiple applications will get rejected.
• Students who want to edit/ add or remove courses or make corrections can do it before making fee payment. No changes will be accepted after it.
• While registering, students must fill form with valid email address and mobile number as all communication will be done by University via mail and sms.
• Applicants need to send the rewired enclosures where applicable to the Office of the Registrar, CMC, Vellore 632002 to reach not later than the last date specified.

CMC Vellore MBBS Eligibility 2026

• Age Criteria: Applying candidates should have completed age of 17 years on or before Dec 31, 2026.
• NEET Percentile: All applying candidates should have obtained minimum of marks at 50th percentile in NEET UG 2026 exam.
• Qualifying subject: According to TN Govt & University guidelines, students applying for admission to medical course should have passed in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Biotechnology and English subjects individually.
• Qualifying Marks: In above subjects, students should have obtained minimum of 50% marks taken together for general category. For BC/ MBC/ ST/SC, 40% aggregate marks.
• Eligibility Certificate: Students need to produce eligibility certificate (issued from Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R.
  Medical University, Chennai) during registration if passed qualifying exam other than their Higher secondary course by Govt of Tamil Nadu, CISCE & CBSE in India.

Note: Candidates must note that applying for CMC Vellore for MBBS is not enough. Students also have to apply to the Tamil Nadu Selection Committee for counselling process in relevant category.

CMC Vellore 2026 MBBS Admission Procedure

Admission in MBBS in CMC Vellore is offered through scores of NEET UG exam. Once NEET scores are announced, MBBS students have to login and enter their NEET roll number, score and All India rank at the website. Also, it is necessary to apply to Tamil Nadu selection Committee for participation in counselling process.

Based on three broad categories – Open, minority network and CMC Vellore staff quota, selection is done. The process of selection will be subject to any orders passed or that may be passed by the Govt/ University/ Professional councils.
