GGOI Admission 2025 Notification – Application Out 

GGOI 2026 Application Form has been released for various UG & PG level exam through online as well as offline mode. Click here to register. 

Admission will be offered based on the last qualifying merit list. Admission to various courses such as B.Tech/ BBA/ BCA/ B.Arch/ B.Ed/ M.tech/ MBA/ MCA will be provided to the eligible candidates. Moreover, authority also provide admission through other national/ state level entrance exams.

How to Apply for GGOI 2026

Steps to apply for GGOI 2026 is mentioned below: 

• Step-1: Visit the website of GGOI (Link is mentioned above). 
• Step-2: On the homepage, press the “Apply Now” button to register. 
• Step-3: Register by entering the name, email ID, mobile number, courses applied, etc. 
• Step-4: Now login using details such as email ID & password. 
• Step-5: Fill the form with details such as personal, educational qualification, address, & personal details, etc. 
• Step-6: After form filling, upload the photograph & signature in prescribed format. 
• Step-7: Now proceed to submit the application fee using available payment methods. 
• Step-8: Recheck the details, press the “Submit” button. 
• Step-9: A confirmation page appears & do not forget to take a hardcopy of registration form for further processing. 

GGOI 2026 Eligibility Criteria 

Know complete eligibility norms of GGOI 2026 below: 

For B.Tech Programme: 

• Qualification: Candidates must have completed 10+2 level or its equivalent from any recognized board can apply. 
• Marks: Applying candidates must obtain a minimum 45% marks (42.75% in case of reserved candidates of Haryana only) to be eligible. 
• Subjects: In the qualifying exam, one must have passed physics & mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of Biology/ Chemistry/ Computer Science/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies. 
• Scores: The preference will be given to the candidates with a valid scorecard of JEE Main. 

For BBA Programme: 

• Qualification: To be eligible, candidates must have passed class 12th level exam from Board of School Education, Haryana or any other equivalent exam recognized by university. OR
• Candidates with three years of Diploma Course conducted by State Board of Technical Education or any other examination recognized by the State Board of Technical Education as equivalent thereto. 
• Marks: In qualifying exam, one must have secured at least 50% marks (47.5% marks for reserved candidates of Haryana only). 
• Appearing: Candidates appearing in class 12th will also be eligible for admission. 

For MCA Programme: 

• Qualification: Candidates must have passed BCA/ B.Sc (Hons). Computer Science/ B.E or B.Tech (CSE/ IT)/ B.Voc (Software Development/ IT)/ or an equivalent degree will be considered eligible for admission. 
• Those candidates who have qualified B.Sc/ B.Com/ B.A with Mathematics at 10+2 level or at graduation level will also apply. 
• Marks: In qualifying exam, one must score minimum 50% aggregate marks (47.5% marks for SC/ST candidates of Haryana only) 

For MBA Programme: 

• Qualification: Applying candidates must have passed a Bachelor’s Degree of three year duration in any discipline or any other examination recognized by university. 
• Marks: To be eligible, candidates must achieve a minimum of 50% aggregate marks (45.7% marks for SC/ST/PwD candidates of Haryana only). 

GGOI 2026 Merit List 

Merit list of GGOI 2026 will be released through online mode. Based on the marks obtained by the candidates in the qualifying exam, a merit list will be prepared. One will have to visit the website to view the merit list. A separate merit list will be prepared by the authority for different courses. 

Those candidates whose name will appear in the merit list will be eligible for further admission procedure. It will consist of the name of candidates who will be invited to participate in the counselling session. 

GGOI 2026 Cut Off 

Candidates will be eligible to view the GGOI 2026 cut off marks through online mode. It will be a minimum mark that candidates are required to score to get accepted for further admission. Those candidates who want to seek admission will be required to achieve minimum qualifying cut off marks prescribed by authority. 

Cut off marks will be determined based on various factors such as number of candidates applying for admission, number candidates shortlisted in merit list, past cut off trends, seats availability, etc. 

GGOI 2026 Counselling/ Admission 

GGOI 2026 counselling will be conducted in the month of September 2026. It will be organised by Haryana State Technical Education Society (HSTES). Those candidates whose name appeared in the merit list will be eligible to participate in further counselling sessions.

It includes various steps such as registration, seat allotment, document verification, submission of admission fee etc.  Based on the marks obtained by the candidates in the qualifying exam or national/ state level entrance exam, the seats will be allocated to the candidate.

After allocating the seats, candidates will be able to download the admission letter from the website via login procedure. Selected candidates will have to report to the allocated center to complete the admission formalities such as verifying the original documents & submission of admission fee. After verifying the documents & completion of fee payment, the admission will be confirmed. The list of required documents is mentioned below.
