Tamil Nadu ITI 2026 Eligibility Criteria
Before applying for admission, candidates must go through the complete eligibility process:
- Domicile: Candidates must have a Domicile of Tamil Nadu state to apply for admission.
- Age Limit: To apply for admission, the minimum age of candidates must be at least 14 years and maximum age must not be more than 40 years.
- Qualification: Applying candidates must have qualified 8th/ 10th examination or its equivalent examination from any recognized board.
- Marks: In qualifying exam, candidates must score minimum 35% marks in their qualifying examination.
- Appearing: Those appearing candidates in class 8th/ 10th in the year of admission are also eligible to apply for admission.

Tamil Nadu ITI 2026 merit list will be released through online mode. After closing the application window, the merit list will be published by the authority. Based on the marks obtained by the candidates in the qualifying exam, the candidates will be allotted rank in the merit list.
To access the merit list, candidates will have to use their login credentials on the website from June 2026. Those who will be shortlisted in the merit list will be eligible for further admission procedure.
Tamil Nadu ITI 2026 Cut Off
Cut Off for Tamil Nadu ITI 2026 will be published through online mode. It will consist of the minimum marks which must be obtained by the candidates in their qualifying exam. To be eligible for admission, candidates must score minimum or more than cut off marks.
