College of Engineering and Technology (CETB), Bhubaneswar is a government engineering college located in Bhubaneswar district of Odhisa. CETB was established in the year 1981 by the Odhisa government and was a constituent college of Orissa university of agriculture and technology. From the year 2002 CET Bhubaneswar is affiliated to Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT).

CET Bhubaneswar is located at techno campus in Kalinga Nagar (Bhubaneshwar). The college campus is spread in an area of 100 acres of lush green and pollution free environment.
