ACET 2024 Application Form can be filled till 25th April 2024 for May exam. ACET (Actuarial Common Entrance Test) is conducted for the candidates who want to enroll as a student member of the ACET & want take ACET examinations. Institute of Actuaries of India (IAI) is the conducting authority of this exam. This is a university level entrance examination and conducted two to three times in a year. • Application form of ACET 2024 has been made available through online mode, any offline form will not be available.
• Candidates are able to fill the application form from 19th March 2024 for May session.
• Fill all the asked details in the application form like personal, academic, address etc.

• Candidates must fill all the details carefully in the application form, in case of any mistake it will be rejected.
• Correction facility may of may not be provided by the official after submission of the registration form.

• Application fee is Rs. 3000/- for all category candidates.

ACET 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates are advised to go through the below mentioned ACET 2024 eligibility criteria before filling the application form:

• Qualification: Candidates must pass 10+2 level or its equivalent examination from any recognised institute/ university.
• Candidates who have appeared 10+2 class and waiting for the result will also be eligible.
• Candidates passed in diploma/ engineering/ management/ finance or any other stream but, have interest for maths and skills in numeracy/ charter accountant/ cost accountant or any company secretary will also be eligible to apply.
• Age Limit: There will be no age limit criteria to apply.

ACET 2024 Exam Pattern

Here we have provided complete details about the ACET 2024 exam pattern:

• Mode of the Exam: ACET 2024 examination will be conducted through online mode (CBT).
• Number of Questions: 70 questions will be asked in the examination.
• Sections: There will be three section in examination.
• Duration: Examination will be held in 3 hours duration.
• Type of Questions: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) will be asked in the question paper.
• Total Marks: Question paper will be of total 100 marks.
• Marking Scheme: Marking scheme will be different for each section i.e. 45 questions – 1 mark each, 20 questions – 2 marks each & 5 questions – 3 marks each.
• Negative Marking: There will be no negative marking for wrong answer.

ACET 2024 Syllabus

Syllabus will be prepared from the subjects i.e. mathematics, logical reasoning, data interpretation, English, statistics. Candidates can check subject wise ACET 2024 syllabus below.

Mathematics: Algebra, Integration, Differentiation, Vectors, Nation and Standard Functions, Numerical Method, Metrics.

English: Vocabulary Based (Synonyms Antonyms), Jumbled Paragraph, Meaning-Usage Match, English Usage or Grammar, Sentence Correction, Fill in the blanks, Cloze Passage, Analogies or Reverse Analogies, Summary Questions, Verbal Reasoning, Facts / Inferences / Judgements, Reading Comprehension. Questions will also be prepared from vocabulary, verbal reasoning and grammar.

Logical Reasoning: Clocks, Cubes, Venn Diagrams, Number and Letter Series, Calendars, Logical Sequence, Logical Matching, Binary Logic, Seating Arrangement, Logical Connectives, Syllogism, Blood Relations.

ACET 2024 Preparation Tips

ACET 2024 Admit Card

ACET 2024 admit card will be released on 27th April 2024 for May exam. Candidates must download their admit card by entering login details i.e. application number or date of birth. On the day of exam, candidates will need to bring valid hall ticket along with one ID proof i.e. PAN card/ voter ID/ Adhaar card/ DL.

In case on 12th students, then will be able to carry 12th admit card and college ID. Candidates can bring one approved scientific calculator (refer Q90) and pen for rough calculation. Do not carry any other material in the examination centre other than specified.

ACET 2024 Result

ACET result will be declared through online mode on the website. Candidates will get their result on 1st July 2024 for May session. ACET 2024 Result will be checked by the candidates using login details i.e. application number or date of birth. Based on the result merit list will be prepared by the authority.

Result will contain details i.e. name of the candidate, subject wise score obtained, total score etc. Candidates must take printout of the result and keep it safe till the admission procedure. ACET score card will be valid for 3 years from the date of declaration of result for taking students membership in institute.

ACET 2024 Cut Off

ACET 2024 cut off will be the minimum marks that candidates have to obtained in the examination. It will be compulsory for the candidates to obtain 50% marks in the examination. Candidates will be able to check cut off marks through online mode on the website.

Cut off list will be prepared based on various factors i.e. availability of seats, number of candidates appeared in exam etc. Candidates who will secure minimum cut off marks will be called for the further procedure.

ACET 2024 Admission

ACET 2024 admission procedure will be organised after few days the declaration of result. Based on the result candidates will be called for the admission procedure. Eligible candidates will be able to enroll for Institute of Actuaries of India. Through this candidates will be able to appear in the other examinations conducted by IAI.

After clearing the ACET exam, candidates can register themselves for the membership student. There will be total 13 papers which students have to clear to became an actuary. To apply for all the 13 paper, candidates must need to pass ACET examination.
