AFMC Nursing 2024 Counselling (First Round) will be organized in the third week of July 2024. AFMC Nursing (NEET) counselling is organized by the Medical Council Committee (MCC). This is a national level admission procedure which provides admission to female candidates in four years B.Sc. Nursing courses. Candidates those want to get admission, will need to qualify NEET exam. The admission is entirely based on results of NEET UG written test as well as interview rounds. AFMC Nursing 2024 Counselling

The counselling of AFMC Nursing 2024 will be commenced after a few days the declaration of result. The authority will organize counseling procedure through online mode. Students will be shortlisted for counselling on the basis of NEET 2024 cut off marks.

The counselling for 15% All India Quota and 85% State Quota will be organized separately by every state counselling authority. The seats will be allotted as per All India Rank of candidate and choices filled by them. Students who participate in the counselling, will be able to take part in state quota counselling of their respective states.

AFMC Nursing 2024 Counselling Procedure

Below we have mentioned complete counselling procedure of AFMC Nursing (NEET) 2024:

Registration:

To participate in counselling procedure, candidates will need to register through login. It will be necessary for candidates to register otherwise, they will not be able to fill college and course choice. After completion of registration process, a unique user ID and password will be generated and sent to candidates registered email ID and mobile number. With the help of generated user ID and password, students will be able to proceed for further process.

Choice Filling and Locking:

In this step, students will need to fill the choices of course and colleges as per their preferences. Then, candidates will need to click on ‘Save’ button to lock their filled choices. Without saving the filled choices, the choices will not be considered as locked choices. So, students are advised not to forget  to lock the preferences.

Seat Allotment Result:

Within a few days of choice locking, the seat allotment result will be declared by the authority. Candidates will be able to view the allotment result via online mode. They receive a SMS or email regarding allotment of course and college. The seats will be allotted as per the choices filled by candidates.

Modify and Lock:

Applicants who will not be satisfied with allotted seats will be able to modify their choices. Candidates have to login on the website with their login credentials and modify the choices. After modification, students will need to lock the choices via login.  

Reporting to Allotted Colleges:

Once the seats have allotted to the candidates, they will have to report to the allotted college to confirm the seat. Students will need to pay the initial fee to confirm the seat and must complete the admission formalities. If a candidate will not reach the allotted college within a given time period, then seats will be transferred to other candidates.

AFMC Nursing 2024 Cut Off

The cut off of AFMC Nursing (NEET) 2024 will be released by the authority through online mode. It will be a minimum qualifying mark required for further admission procedure. If a candidate fails to secure a minimum qualifying percentile then they will not be eligible for further admission process.

The cut off will be prepared on the basis of various factors such as the number of qualified candidates, seat availability, previous year cut off etc.

AFMC Nursing 2024 Allotment/ Admission

The seat allotment in AFMC Nursing (NEET) will be released for three rounds including a mop-up round and a stray vacancy round which will be organized in case of vacant seats. Seat allotment will be prepared on the basis of scores obtained by candidates in entrance exam. The seat allotment will be divided into All India Quota and State level quota. 

After the announcement of allotment results candidates will have an option to accept or refuse the allotted seat. If candidates accept the allotted seat, then they will need to download the allotment letter by entering roll number and date of birth.
