• The application form for AIIMS MBBS 2023 (through NEET) has been released on 6th March 2023 through online mode.
• Candidate must check the eligibility criteria before applying for the application form.
• Fill the application form with details such as personal, educational qualification, contact number, etc.
• After entering the details candidate have to upload the scanned documents i.e., photograph and signature.
• If candidate enter wrong information, they can correct it as during correction facility  provided by authority.
• The correction facility has been started from 8th to 10th April 2023 for specific details only.
• The last date for submission of application form is till 6th April 2023. 
• Candidates have to take the printout of the application form for future use.

Application Fee:

• The application fee for AIIMS MBBS 2023 (NEET) can be paid through online mode only.
• Candidate can pay the fee payment using Debit card/ Credit card/ Net banking.

AIIMS MBBS 2023 Eligibility Criteria

• Nationality: Candidate must be Indian citizen / PIO/ OCI/ NRIs and foreign national to be eligible for admission.
• Age Limit: The minimum age of candidate must be 17 years as on 31^st December 2023. There will be no upper age limit of candidate to apply.
• Qualification: Candidate must pass 12^th class or its equivalent from any recognized board.
• Subject: In qualifying marks candidate must pass with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology and English subject.
• Percentage: The minimum marks candidate must obtain at least 50% marks for general, 45% marks for PWBD and 40% marks for SC/ ST candidates to be eligible.
• Appearing: Those candidate appearing in final exam in 2023 can apply for admission.
• Selection Procedure: Candidates must have valid score NEET 2023.

• Visit the website (link is available above).
• Click on “Apply Online” for registration.
• Candidates have to create Password and choose Security questions and enter an answer.
• After submission of personal details application number will be generated for all future reference.
• Then candidate can login with system generated Application Number and pre-created password for completing the application form.
• Fill the application form with details like personal, choose the question paper medium and examination cities, education qualification educational qualification, etc.
• After entering details, upload the scanned Photograph, signature, left and right-hand thumb impression, category certificate, and PWD certificate.
• The size of scanned photograph should be between 10 kb to 200 kb.
• The signature size must be between 4 KB to 30 KB.
• Category certificate should be in PDF format between 50KB to 300 KB and the size of scanned PWD certificate should be between 50KB to 300 KB.
• After completing the application form candidate can submitted through online mode.
• The confirmation page of online application form will be generated only after successful payment by candidate.
• Download and take the printout of the application form and fee receipt for future reference.
