Jain University 2025 Application Form

Candidates must read the following instructions related to Jain University Application Form 2025:

  • Jain University Application Form 2025 will be released in first week of October 2024 for various UG/ PG courses. 
  • Candidates will be able to fill the application form through online as well as offline mode.
  • For offline submission, applicants will have to purchase an application form from the university.
  • Aspirants must meet all the eligibility norms before filling the application form.
  • Fill the form with required details i.e. name, email ID, educational qualification etc.
  • Upload scanned documents like passport size photograph and signature as per the prescribed format.
  • Aspirants are advised to be very careful while filling details in form, as there will be no correction facility provided for rectification.
  • Application form for UG/ PG courses will be accepted by the university till first week of April 2025.
  • Candidates must keep a hardcopy of application form in safe custody for further usage.

Application Fee:

  • Payment of registration fee will be made through online as well as offline mode.
  • Use debit card, credit card, and net banking gateways for online payment.
  • For offline mode, candidates will have to pay through Cash.
  • Candidates will be required to pay the application fee of Rs. 600/-.
  • Application fee will be non-refundable under any circumstances.

Jain University 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Here, we have provided the Jain University Eligibility Criteria 2025:

For UG Courses:

  • Qualification: Candidates must have passed 12th level or equivalent from any recognized board.
  • Marks: Applicants must score a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST category candidates) in the qualifying exam.  
  • Appearing: Candidates appearing in the final qualifying exam will also be eligible for admission.

For PG Courses:

  • Qualification: Applicants must be a Bachelor’s Degree holder from any recognized university/ institute to be eligible to apply.
  • Marks: One must have secured a minimum of 50% marks (45% marks for reserved category candidates) to be eligible for admission.
  • Appearing: Final year appearing candidates will also be eligible to apply for admission.

For MBA Courses:

  • Qualification: One must have a Bachelor’s Degree from any recognized university/ institute.
  • Marks: At least 50% aggregate marks must be secured in the qualifying examination to be eligible for admission.
  • Scorecard: Candidates having a valid scorecard of CAT/ MAT/ CMAT/ XAT/ NMAT/ GMAT will be considered eligible to apply.

Jain University 2025 Admission Procedure 

Jain University Admission Procedure 2025 will be conducted in various rounds. Candidates will have to go through registration process, fill the application form, appear for entrance exam, counselling etc. 

Candidates will have to register themselves individually to participate in admission procedure. Authority will release a merit list of eligible candidates selected for admission based on scores of JET entrance exam (JET), performance in GD & PI rounds.

Jain University 2025 Entrance Exam (JET)

Jain Entrance Test (JET) is an university level entrance exam conducted by Jain University. University conducts this exam for candidates seeking admission into various UG and PG courses. For both UG and PG courses, university will conduct separate JET entrance exam.

JET Entrance Exam 2025 will be conducted through online mode only. Candidates will be able to appear for entrance exam in third week of April 2025 for UG/ PG courses and second week of June 2025 for MBA courses.

Jain University 2025 Result/ Merit List 

After the completion of entrance exam, university will release the Jain University Result/ Merit List 2025 through online mode. The result will be declared in second week of May 2025 for each candidate who will appear for entrance exam individually. 

Based on the scores obtained in JET entrance exam, university will prepare a  separate merit list of eligible candidates for different courses. Those candidates whose names have mentioned in merit list will be called for participation in counselling rounds.

Jain University 2025 Cut off

Jain University Cut Off 2025 will be released through online mode on website. University will publish cut off marks after the release of merit list. Cut off will consist of qualifying marks that a candidate will need to score in order to get admission in university.

With the help of cut off marks, candidates will be able to determine their qualifying status. Cut off of Jain University 2025 will be affected by various factors i.e. seat availability, cut off trends, number of candidates applied etc.

Jain University 2025 Counselling

A few weeks after the declaration of result, university will begin the counselling process for all those candidates listed in merit list. Candidates will have to appear in person for counselling process as per the schedule intimated to them. 

Jain University Counselling 2025 will be organised in fourth week of May 2025. University will send an  provisional admission letter along with fee details to all those candidates who fulfill all the eligibility criteria. Applicants will have to produce their original documents for verification process and submit the fee to confirm their seats.
