As per the sources, AKTU/ UPTU (UPCET) 2023 Application Form has been extended till 5th May 2023 for admission through CUET PG. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) and Uttar Pradesh Technical University (UPTU) organise admissions once in a year. Candidate who want to seek admission in UG and PG courses have to apply for CUET UG/ PG exam. The admission into B.Tech course will be given on the basis of JEE Mains, for B.Arch. courses admission will be based on NATA score and other UG and PG courses will be based on CUET UG/ PG. Following are the details about AKTU/ UPTU 2023 Application form given below:
- The Application form for AKTU/ UPTU 2023 has been made available through online mode.
- AKTU/ UPTU 2023 application form for UG (CUET) has been released and will be available till 30th March 2023.
- For PG admissions through CUET PG, application form for AKTU/ UPTU 2023 has been release on 20th March 2023.
- Fill the application form with details like personal details, academic details, phone number, etc.
- Candidate are required to upload the scanned signature and photograph during the application process.
- After entering the details, candidate must review the details as changes cannot be done. Candidates can make correction only during correction facility provided during 1st to 3rd April 2023 for CUET UG.
- Take the printout of the application form for future reference.
Application Fee:
- The application fee can be paid by applicants through online mode.
- Candidates have to submit the fee using different payment methods such as Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI/ Wallet.

AKTU/ UPTU 2023 Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria for AKTU/ UPTU 2023 is given below:
Through CUET (UG):
For B.Tech:
- Qualification: Candidate must pass in 12th class or its equivalent from recognised board.
- Subjects: In qualifying exam, candidate must have Chemistry and Physics as compulsory subjects with one of the subject – Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry, Technical.
- Marks: The minimum marks candidates have to score is at least 45% marks (40% marks for SC/ ST).
Other courses:
- Qualification: The candidate must pass the 12th class or equivalent exam.
- Age: There is no age limit for the candidates.
Through CUET (PG):
- Age Limit: There will be no age limit for the candidates.
- Qualification: Candidates must have bachelor’s degree or equivalent examination.
- Appearing: Those candidates who are appearing in their final year in 2023 can also apply for the exam.

How to Apply for AKTU/ UPTU 2023
Here are step by step instructions given for filling the online application form of AKTU/ UPTU 2023 below:
- Visit the website (link is provided above).
- Click on “Register” button for the registration of AKTU/ UPTU 2023.
- Candidates will be able to login directly with system generated application number and password.
- Fill the details for application form such as Personal details, academic details, choosing the examination cities, address, etc.
- After filling the details candidate must upload the scanned photograph of candidate and signature in JPG/ JPEG format.
- The size of scanned photograph should be between 10 kb – 200 kb.
- The size of scanned signature should be between 4 kb – 30 kb.
- Candidates can now proceed to the payment of application form among the different payment options.
- The fee can be submitted through online mode using Net Banking, Credit card, Debit card, UPI services.
- The confirmation page of online application form will be generated only after successful payment by the candidate.
- Download and take the printout of the application form and fee receipt for future reference.
