IISER (Indian Institute of Science Education and Research) is an autonomous institution established under the ministry of education, Govt. of India. The institution conducts entrance examination i.e. IISER Aptitude Test (IAT) to offer admission in BS and BS-MS Dual Degree programmes. The following are the steps to apply for IISER 2025 exam:

• Step 3: Then, candidates will receive an application number.

IISER 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must fulfil the following IISER eligibility criteria 2025 to appear for exam:

• Nationality: Candidates should be Indian nationals, PIO or OCI to be eligible.
• Qualification: Applicants must have passed class 12th from any recognised board.
• Subject: To be eligible, candidates must have taken at least three subjects among Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics.
• Marks: Students will be required to score 60% marks in aggregate (55% marks for SC/ST/PwD) in class 12th to be eligible.
• Appearing: Candidates appearing in class 12th will also be eligible to apply.

• Mode of exam: The IAT 2025 exam will be held through computer based mode.

IISER 2025 Admit Card

The IISER admit card 2025 will be released in the first week of June 2025. Applicants will be able to download it through online mode from the website. To download the hall ticket, students will need to enter login credentials such as application number and date of birth. 

The hall ticket will contain very important details such as candidate’s name, exam venue, roll number, instructions etc. It will be compulsory for students to carry the admit card on the day of exam. Without a valid hall ticket, candidates will not be allowed to appear of exam.

IISER 2025 Answer Key

The IISER answer key 2025 will be published after a few days of entrance exam. Candidates will be able to view the answer key in the second week of June 2025. The IAT 2025 answer key will contain the correct answer of the questions asked in exam. 

Candidates will get a rough idea about their marks with the help of answer key before the result of declaration. The authority will provide the facility to challenge the answer key in case of any doubt. Then, the authority will release the final answer key after verifying all the doubts. 

IISER 2025 Result

The result will be made available in the first week of July 2025. The IISER result 2025 will be published through online mode. Students will be able to download the result from the website by using their login credentials such as application number and password. 

The IAT result will be released for all the candidates who have appeared in entrance exam. The authority will not send results to the aspirants individually, they have to check it through online mode. Candidates must take a printout of their results and keep it secure for future use.

IISER 2025 Cut Off

The IISER cut off 2025 will be a minimum mark which is required to obtain admission in any seven IISER. The authority will publish the separate IISER 2025 cut off for all students applying through different channels for admission. 

Applicants who successfully secure a cut off marks will be eligible to participate in counselling and seat allotment process. Candidates will be able to check the cut off marks through online mode from the website.

IISER 2025 Counselling

The IISER Counselling 2025 will be commenced in the first week of July 2025. Students who obtained good rank in entrance exam will be called for IISER counselling procedure. Seats will be allotted during the counselling process. To appear for counselling procedure, selected candidates will need to download their call letter from the website. 

Applicants will be given an opportunity to choose freeze and float options after accepting the seat and paying acceptance fee. Candidates will need to visit the allotted venue for reporting with required documents.
