The cut-off of NEET PG 2024 will be published through online mode. Cut Off is minimum marks which must be obtained by candidates in entrance exam to be eligible for further admission procedure. The NEET PG cut off marks will be set by authority in order to judge the eligibility of students. 

The cut-off marks will be prepared by considering various factors such as availability of seats, difficulty level of exam and total number of candidates appeared in written examination. The authority will release the separate cut-off marks for each category. Students will be able to view cut off marks on the website.

NEET PG 2024 Qualifying Marks

Students need to obtain a minimum of 50% percentile (40% of percentile for SC/ ST/ OBC/ SC- PH/ ST- PH/ OBC-PH candidates, 45% for General-PWBD) in order to be eligible for admission. Lower percentile for PwD students (locomotory disability of lower limbs) will be 45%. 

In case, two or more candidates score same marks in NEET PG exam, then inter-se-merit will be prepared. The older candidate will be given a higher rank.

NEET PG 2024 Result

The result of NEET PG will be released in the fourth week of March 2024. Students will be able to view cut off marks through online mode. Applicants will be able to download their scorecard by using their login credentials. There will be no evaluation and rechecking or retotaling of responses marked by applicants. The authority will not entertain any request/ queries for revaluation. 

NEET PG result 2024 will be valid for only current admission session. It will not be carried forward for next session of admission for MD/ MS/ PG Diploma courses. The authority will not provide results to the candidates individually, they have to download it from the website.

NEET PG 2024 Counselling

The counselling of NEET PG 2024 will be conducted via online mode. After a few days of declaration of result, the authority will release the counselling schedule. Only those students will be able to appear in counselling procedure, whose names will appear on merit list. 

To participate in counselling procedure, students will need to first register online. After registration, students will need to choose the course and college selection forms. The authority will grant admission based on choices made, reservations, seat availability and other factors.
