Institutional Answer Key (2021)

The answer key will contain all questions with their correct answers. In the answer key candidates will be able to check each question with one of the correct answers from the given options.

The written exam will be conducted on 27th April 2024 and soon after, the answer key will be displayed on the website. The cut-off set by the authority to pass the exam will be 30%, i.e. 36 marks out of 120 marks.

There will be no cut-off marks for reserved category candidates. Before releasing the official answer key, candidates will be able to check the unofficial answer key released by the various coaching centres.

Marking Scheme

The questions will comprise of total 120 questions. Total time duration for the exam will be two hours, i.e. 120 minutes. The questions will be asked from mathematics of 60 questions, physics of 30 questions and chemistry of 30 questions.

The questions paper will contain multiple choice questions. Each question carries one mark. For each correct answer, 1 mark will be awarded.

There will be no negative marking in the examination. So, it is an opportunity for the candidates that will be able to attempt any number of questions.
