BITSAT 2024 Result will be released in the month of May 2024 for Session 1. It is a university level entrance exam conducted by Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani. Through this exam, students will get admission in various programmes in the field of Science, Engineering, Management, Pharmacy, Technology and Humanities. Qualified candidates will offer admission at Pilani campus, Goa campus and Hyderabad campus of BITS, Pilani. BITSAT 2024 Result

The result of BITSAT 2024 will be published through online mode. It will be made available after one day of exam at the website. No other mode will be applicable to view result. The authority will not provide the result to candidates through post or any other offline mode. 

Candidates will need to download it by using their login credentials. Applicants are advised to keep their result safe till the completion of admission procedure.

How to Download BITSAT 2024 Result

• Click on the given link to check result
• Enter your Application number and Password.
• Click on the “Proceed” button.
• The result will appear on screen.
• Download result and take a hardcopy of it for future use.

BITSAT 2024 Score Card

The score card of BITSAT will be published for individual candidates after commencement of exam. The score card will contain subject wise marks of candidates scored in the entrance exam. Students will be able to check their score card from the website by using their login credentials. 

No candidate will be able to access the score card through offline mode. Students must preserve their scorecard until the admission procedure gets over.

BITSAT 2024 Merit List

The authority will publish separate merit list for B.Pharma and other remaining programmes. The BITSAT merit list will be prepared on the basis of performance of applicant in the entrance exam. There will be two type of merit list the authority will release:

BITSAT 2024 Admit List- The admit list will consist of name of those candidates who met the BITSAT cut-off. Candidates whose name will be mentioned in admit list will be able to participate in the counselling process.

BITSAT 2024 Wait List– The wait list will consist of name of those candidates who will need to wait for the next iteration to be updated about their admission status. 

Tie-Breaking Criteria

There may be situations when two or more candidates score same marks in the entrance exam. In such cases, the authority will consider following ways mentioned below:

• Firstly, marks in Mathematics/ Biology will be considered to decide the rank of candidate
• If there is still a tie, then Physics scores will be considered to provide the rank.
• If tie still exists, the authority will determine marks of Chemistry.
• If tie still persists, PCM/ PCB marks in class 12th will be taken into the account to break the tie.

BITSAT 2024 Cut Off

The cut off of BITSAT will be prepared by the exam conducting authority. To get enrolled, students will need to score minimum qualifying marks or higher. The authority will publish the different cut off for marks for each program and college through online mode. 

BITSAT cut off 2024 will be prepared depending upon various factors such as total number of seats available, number of appeared candidates, degree of complexity of exam, number of qualified candidates. Candidates will be able to participate in further admission process on the basis of cut-off marks.

BITSAT 2024 Counselling

The counselling of BITSAT 2024 will begin after the announcement of result. It will be conducted through online mode by the exam conducting authority. Candidates who will successfully qualify the entrance exam will be able to participate in the counselling process. 

The BITSAT counselling will include online registration, submission of marks, choice filling and seat allotment. The counselling will be conducted in six rounds in the form of iteration. As soon as the seat allotment gets over, students will need to report to the school campus for further counselling procedure.
