JEECUP 2025 Application Form, Registration, Fee – Get Details

JEECUP 2025 Application Form will be made available from first week of December 2024. JEECUP is also known as Uttar Pradesh Joint Entrance Examination for Polytechnic (UPJEE-P). Joint Entrance Examination Council, Uttar Pradesh is the conducting authority of JEECUP examination. It is a state level entrance examination conducted every year. Eligible candidates will get admission in Diploma courses in the field of Engineering, Pharmacy, Agriculture etc. Shortlisted candidates will be offered admission into various government & private polytechnic colleges of Uttar Pradesh state.

JEECUP 2025 Application Form

Candidates must follow the given steps to fill JEECUP Application Form 2025:

• Application form of JEECUP 2025 will be made available via online mode.
• Candidates must fill registration form from first week of January 2025.
• All the applying candidates must ensure that they meet all the eligibility criteria of JEECUP.
• Candidates will be able to fill maximum four applications i.e. Group A, Group E1, E2, Group B to K and Group L.
• Fill details carefully in the registration form to avoid any kind of mistake in details i.e. educational qualifications, personal, category, exam centre etc.
• Upload all the required documents i.e. scanned photograph, signature & thumb impression in JPG/ JPEG format.
• Registration form will be submitted till fourth week of February 2025.
• Correction window may or may not be opened, so fill details carefully in the form.
• Candidates are also advised to take a printout of the filled application form and keep it safe.

Application Fee:

• Application fee will be paid through online as well as offline mode.
• Online payment will be done through debit card/ credit card/ net banking & offline payment will be submitted through e-challan of SBI.
• Fee will be non-refundable in any casy.

Documents Required for JEECUP 2025 Application Form

Here, candidates can get the list of documents which will be required while filling the application form:

• 10th or 12th class mark sheets
• Domicile Certificate
• PWD certificate (if applicable)
• Debit card/ credit card
• Scanned photograph, signature
• Identity proof i.e. aadhar card

JEECUP 2025 Application Correction

Candidates may or may not be able to rectify mistakes done in the JEECUP 2025 registration form. Correction will be done by the candidates via online mode using their login credentials. No candidates will be allowed to make correction after the last date of modification.

JEECUP correction window will be opened after final submission of the application form. Correction will be done in few of the details. Correction sent through offline mode/ by post, will not be accepted. Candidates are advised to take printout of the correct application form.

JEECUP 2025 Eligibility Criteria

General Criteria:

• Lower Age Limit: Candidates must have completed age of 14 years as on 1st July 2025.
• Upper Age Limit: There will be no upper age limit criteria to apply.
• Appearing: Candidates those are appearing in their qualifying exam or awaiting for the results will also be able to apply.
• Physical Fitness: Candidates must full fill all the physical requirements given by the authority.

Course wise Criteria:

For Engineering & Technology Diploma:

• Qualification: Candidates must have passed 10th or its equivalent exam from any recognised board.
• Marks: One should secure at least 35% marks in their qualifying exam to be eligible.

For Diploma in Pharmacy:

• Qualification: Candidates will need to qualify 10th & 12th level exam in order to be eligible.
• Subjects: It will be necessary to have Physics and Chemistry along with Mathematics/ Biology (Zoology and Botany) in 12th level.

 For Agriculture Engineering:

• Qualification: Candidates must pass 10th class or its equivalent exam to be eligible.
• OR, candidates those have passed 12th with agriculture subject will be eligible.
• Marks: In the qualifying exam, candidates must obtain minimum 35% marks.

How to Apply for JEECUP 2025

• Go through the JEECUP website (link will be given above).
• Register yourself on the website by providing asked details i.e. name, email ID, mobile number.
• Notedown the system generated user ID or application number.
• Now click on the “JEECUP 2025 Application” & enter login details.
• Fill the registration form with details such as educational qualifications, communication, address, category etc.
• After submission of the above details, enter contact details (locality, pin code, state) exam centre, domicile, category informations in the application form.
• In nest steps, upload the scanned documents i.e. passport size photograph, signature & left thumb impression within the prescribed format.
• Photograph size should be in between 4 to 200 kb & signature must be uploaded within 1 to 30 kb size. Documents should be uploaded in JPG/ JPEG format.
• Now, proceed to ‘Pay application fee’ & choose your payment method.
• Online fee will be paid using debit card, credit card, net banking payment gateways.
• In case of payment through offline mode, candidats will have to download the e-challan while filling the registration form. Once the payment is confirmed, acknowledgement page will be generated.
• Now candidates can check status of their application form using login details.
• Take a printout of the confirmation page & keep it safe for future references.
