IPU CET 2024 Result

The result of IPU CET 2024 Exam will be declared on the online website. The university will release IPU CET results for each course through online mode after the commencement of exam. Results will be checked by candidates through their account login given during the time of registration process.

No separate intimation regarding declaration of result and commencement of counselling will be sent by university to candidates individually. The university will prepare a merit list as per their performance of candidates in entrance examination.

How to Check IPU CET 2024 Result

The basic steps to download IPU CET 2024 Result are listed below:

• Go through online website link (link will be given above).
• Then click on “CET 2024 Result” tab.
• Then, select the programme that candidates have applied.
• The PDF of IPU CET 2024 Result will be displayed on screen for selected programme.
• Check the result and download PDF of it.
• Candidates must take print out of result for future need.

IPU CET 2024 Merit List

The IPU CET 2024 Merit List will be prepared by university after the completion of  IPU CET 2024 entrance exam. The merit list will be prepared on the basis of a cut-off decided by selection committee of university and IPU CET 2024 Result. 

The merit list will consist of candidates registration number, marks obtained and rank secured in entrance examination. Candidates will be able to view merit list by entering application number and date of birth on online portal. 

Tie-Breaking Criteria

While preparing the merit list, candidates scores equal aggregate marks in IPU CET 2024 examination, then following tie-breaking criteria will be adopted to determine merit rank:

• In case of a tie, candidates with higher marks will be ranked higher.
• In case of a tie, candidates attempting less number of wrong answers or greater number of right answers will be ranked higher.
• If tie still continue, dates of birth of candidates in descending order will be considered. 
• If tie still remain, names of candidates in alphabetical order will be considered. 

IPU CET 2024 Cut Off

The IPU CET 2024 cut off will be published through online mode after the declaration of result. Cut-off is a minimum prescribed mark which a candidate will have to secure to get shortlisted for further admission procedures. 

Based on the cut-off marks university will prepare a merit list of shortlisted candidates. The university will publish a separate stream-wise, institute-wise and rank-wise admission cut-off data on their online portal.

IPU CET 2024 Counselling

After the declaration of results, candidates will have to complete an online enrollment process for counselling. The counselling will be held after the declaration of result through online mode. All shortlisted candidates will have to participate in counselling and admission rounds. 

The counselling will be held in various steps such as registration/enrollment process, choice filling, seat allocation, submission of fee, document verification etc. At the time of online enrollment, candidates will have to submit a non-refundable enrollment fee and counselling fee. 

The spot counselling round will also be conducted after the completion of admission process for the purpose of filling up vacant seats. Candidates will need to carry following documents in original at the time of counselling:
