IISER 2024 Admission Procedure, Allotment – Get Details Here
IISER 2024 Counselling will be commenced from 26th June 2024. IISER (Indian Institutes of Science Education and Research) entrance exam is a national level entrance exam. Candidates can get admission in 5 years of Dual Degree BS-MS courses. There are a total of seven IISER institutions in which candidates can get admission such as Pune, Mohali, Kolkata, Thiruvananthapuram, Berhampur, Tirupati and Bhopal. For admission in IISER, candidates must have to apply through IISER Aptitude test, KVPY and JEE Advanced exams. Through this article, candidates can get the complete details of IISER Admission 2024.
IISER 2024 Admission
IISER organises the admission procedure through online mode. On the basis of a candidate’s score in IISER aptitude test, the admission is offered as SCB channel in the institution affiliated campuses.
Candidates must check IISER 2024 dates for various rounds:

The admission will be provided on the basis IAT only. Candidates will need to submit the score of these two exams and download the acceptance letter (offer letter) to attend the counselling.
Candidates those who wish to get admission in IISER through any one of the entrance exams can fill the application form. Allotment will be released through online mode for IAT channel. It will be released in July 2024.
Out of the total seats, the 50% seats can be filled through KVPY and JEE Advanced and remaining seats can be filled through SCB channel. Seat allotment for SCB channel will be released through online mode.

The IISER offers admissions through IAT. From below, candidates can check the channel-wise admission procedure.
IISER Admissions under IAT Channel: Candidates will have to first appear in the aptitude test which is conducted by the IISER. On the basis of marks obtained in the aptitude test, the ranks will be allotted to the candidate. On the basis of received ranks, the admission will be allotted to the candidates. The Joint Admission Committee will allot the seats to the candidates on the basis of filled choices, ranking & availability of seats.

Candidates must have to bring the original certificates along with one set of photocopies on the counselling day.

- Class 10th marksheet and certificates

- Passport size photograph, etc.
The vacant seats to candidates will be occupied on the instructions of state & central board as per the IISER Aptitude Test 2024.
