Students who have successfully registered for JEE Main 2024 can download their e-admit cards provisionally online from the website. It will not be sent by post. The admit cards has been released on 21st January 2024 & on 1st April 2024.

JEE Main 2024 Advance City Intimation Slip

Before the issue of JEE Main Admit Card 2024, the authority has released a link to download the advance city intimation slip. The city slip is mention about the details of exam centre/ city where it is located.

Students can download the advance intimation slip for exam allotment by online mode only. It can be obtained by entering the application number and date of birth.

How to Download JEE Main Admit Card 2024

To download JEE Main Admit card 2024, candidates can follow the step-by-step procedure given below:

• Visit the online link (Link is given above).
• Now click on the option provided as – ‘Download JEE Main Admit card’ on the homepage.
• Now login page will be displayed on the screen. Login with your login credentials – application number, DOB & Security pin.
• Your admit card will be displayed on the screen mentioning the details of the candidate and exam.
• Verify all the details provided on the admit card. In case of any error in the details of admit card, immediately contact officials before exam date.

Forgot JEE Main Application Number/ Password?

For those candidates who have forgot/ lost their application number and are having a hard time downloading the admit card can follow the below steps to:

A) Retrieve Password:

• In case you have forgot/ lost password, first visit the login page.
• Click on the option provided as – ‘Forgot Password.’
• Your password can be retrieved using three methods – With Security Pin, with a verification code via text OR with a link sent to your registered email address.
• Follow any of the above options and then click on continue.
• Now enter your application number, security pin and security question and its answer.
• Click on ‘submit’ button after which your password will be retrieved.

B) Retrieve Application Number:

• In case you have forgot/ lost application number, visit the login page.
• Click on the option provided as – ‘Forgot Application Number.’
• Now candidates are required to enter their details – Name, fathers name, mothers name, DOB, and security pin.
• Click on ‘Get Application Number’ option after which your application number will be retrieved successfully.

JEE Main Exam Instructions/ Guidelines

After downloading the JEE Main 2024 Admit card successfully, students must go through complete details and instructions mentioned on it. Candidates must carefully go through the guidelines which are provided on it.

Few common guidelines for the exam day are mentioned below:

• To avoid getting late, students must reach the exam center before the scheduled time.
• Students must reach the exam center with all the necessary documents – Printed admit card, Valid Govt. Id Proof, Passport size photograph, etc.
• Only certain items mentioned on the admit card will be permitted inside the exam hall.
• No candidate will be allowed to carry cellphone, tablet, calculator, etc. inside the examination hall.
• Rough sheets/ blank papers will be provided for rough work.
• In case students are caught with any unfair means or with any prohibited item, he/ she will be debarred from attending the exam.
