CENTAC 2023 Application Form (NEET-UG) has been extended from 20th July 2023 via online mode. CENTAC is a state level admission procedure conducted every year. The admission procedure will be conducted by Centralized Admission Committee, Puducherry. There will be no entrance exam & admission is offered on the basis of merit list. Following are the details about application form for CENTAC 2023 given below: 

• The Application form has been available via online mode as no other mode is available.
• Candidates must fill the application form by entering details like name, parent name, email id, phone number, education qualification, etc.
• The CENTAC 2023 Application form has been released from 18th May 2023.
• Candidates can register for NEET-UG courses from 12th to 17th July 2023.
• The authority will not provide any correction facility so candidate must fill the details carefully. 
• After filling the details, candidates must not forget to upload the scanned photograph and signature. 
• The last date to submit the application form is till 20th July 2023 for UG-NEET.
• At last, download the form and take the printout of the application form for future reference.

Application Fee:

• The application fee can be submitted through online mode.
• Candidates are able to pay the fee using Credit card/ Debit card/ Net Banking.

CENTAC 2023 Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for CENTAC 2023 will be as provided below:

For MBBS/ BDS/ BVSc. / A.H/ B.P.T. Programme:

• Qualification: Candidates must pass 12th class or equivalent exam from any recognized board.
• Subject: In qualifying exam candidates must pass with Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Biotechnology, Botany or Zoology with English as a mandatory subject.
• Marks: The minimum marks candidate must obtain at least 50% marks (40% marks for reserved category) to be eligible for exam.
• Entrance exam: Candidates must secure rank in NEET 2023. 

For B.Tech. Programmes: 

• Qualification: Candidates must pass 12th class or equivalent examination from any recognized board. 
• Subject: Candidates must qualify 12th with Physics and Mathematics as mandatory subjects with one of the Chemistry/ Biology/ Bio-Technology/ Computer Science subjects. 
• Marks: In qualifying exam candidates must score at least 45% marks (40% marks for reserved category) to be eligible.
• Appearing: Those candidates appearing in final qualifying exam will be also eligible for exam.

How to Apply for CENTAC 2023

Check the following step by step procedure to fill application form for CENTAC 2023 below:

• Visit the website (Link is provided above).
• Click on “New Registration” page and enter valid mobile number and email id.
• Candidate shall create new password for online registration purpose.
• Then OTP will be sent to candidate registered mobile number during dashboard login.
• After successful registration candidate will login their “registered email id” and “password” to fill the application form.
• Fill the application form with details like Personal details, academic details, applying for the paper, choosing the examination cities, permanent address, etc.
• Upload the scanned documents photograph and signature.
• The size of scanned photograph & signature should be between 20 KB to 50KB.
• Self-attested copy of High school/ Birth certificate for verification should be (100 to 500 KB).
• After uploading, candidate can proceed with “Make Payment”.
• After payment, re-check & verify the given details.
• Download and take the printout of the application form for future reference.
