• The application form for CGC Jhanjeri 2023 has been released from December 2022.
• Only eligibility candidates are allowed to fill the application form.
• The application form has been made available through online mode, no other mode is entertained.
• Candidates have to fill the application form by entering the details like candidate name, email id, contact number, personal details, ddecemic details etc.
• Details mentioned in the application form must be correct as no correction facility is provided later to candidates.
• Upload the scanned documents such as passport size photograph and signature in specific format.
• The last date for submission of application form will be till fourth week of June 2023.

CGC Jhanjeri Eligibility Criteria

Candidates can check the eligibility criteria given below for CGC Jhanjeri 2023:

For B.Tech courses:

• Qualification: Candidates must pass class 12^th or equivalent from any recognized board.
• Subjects: Candidate must pass with Physics, Mathematics, and English as mandatory subjects.
• Appearing: Those candidates who are appearing for final exam will also be eligible to apply.

For MBA courses:

• Qualification: Candidates must hold bachelor’s degree in any discipline from recognized university/ institute.
• Scores: Candidates must have valid score card of CMAT.
• Appearing: Those candidates who are appearing in final examination will also be eligible to apply for exam.

For MCA courses:

• Qualification: Candidate must be graduate in any stream from any recognized university.
• Appearing: Those who are appearing for qualifying exam will also be eligible to apply for admission.

CGC Jhanjeri 2023 Admission Procedure

The admission procedure will be organised on the basis of two methods for various courses in CGC Jhanjeri. Candidates can take admission through state quota or direct admission.

Those candidates who have applied from start quota there counselling procedure will be done through PTU university. 5% seats in B.Tech and all non AICTE UG courses will be done through PTU counselling procedure.

Candidates who have applied from direct admission it will be done based on the Overall profile, Academic background, Entrance scores and other achievements of candidates.

CGC Jhanjeri 2023 Admission Scholarship

CGC Jhanjeri university will conduct the admission scholarship for shortlisting the candidates for scholarship of Rs 10 crore. The university will conduct the CGC Jhanjeri Open Scholarship for Higher Education (JOSH) test.

Those candidates who want to take part in scholarship test have to register themselves from website through online mode. The scholarship will be provided to candidates based on their performance in scholarship test.

Here is the percentage wise criteria for candidates to be eligible for scholarship:

Stage-1 (Dec 2022 to Till May End 2023)

Stage-2 (From June 2023 to Till Sep End 2023)

CGC Jhanjeri Admission 2023 Merit List

CGC Jhanjeri merit list will be available through online mode. The merit list will be released after the completion of application process. The merit list will be prepared based on the National level entrance exam scores and Academic exam scores.

Candidates can check the merit list from the website of authority. The qualified candidates will be called for CGC Jhanjeri University counselling procedure on the basis of merit list.

CGC Jhanjeri 2023 Counselling

Candidates can participate in CGC Jhanjeri counselling round by registering on website of CGC Jhanjeri through online mode. The counselling will be commenced from third week of August 2023. Candidates can take part in CGC Jhanjeri counselling round by visiting college campus personally.

The counselling will be conducted in various rounds as per number of vacant seats after each round of counselling and seats will be allotted on the basis of rank in the merit list. The candidates should report physically in college campus for booking seats and report within specific time period.
