SPSU 2025 Application Form 

Candidates must read the given section related to filling of SPSU Application Form 2025:

  • The registration form of SPSU 2025 will be made available in second week of  December 2024.
  • Candidates will have to fill the application form through online mode only, no other offline modes will be accepted by the university.
  • The application will be accepted only when the applicant fulfil all the eligibility criteria.
  • Provide  all the required details like personal, academic, communication, address etc to fill the form.
  • While filling the form, candidates must ensure that they provide correct details to avoid any kind of mistake. No changes in particulars of application form will be allowed after final submission.
  • Documents like scanned image of photograph and signature must be uploaded in specific format.
  • eligible candidates will be able to submit the application form till fourth week of June 2025.
  • Applicants must take a printout of application form and keep it secure for further uses.

Application Fee: 

  • The SPSU Application fee will be paid through online as well as offline mode.
  • Candidates will have to pay the online application fee through using debit card/credit card/net banking.
  • To pay the fee via offline mode, applicants will have to send a Demand draft in favour of “Sir Padampat Singhania University” payable at Udaipur.
  • The application fee  of Rs. 1200/- will be applicable for each candidate.
  • Application fee paid will be non-refundable in nature.

SPSU 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Before applying for admission, candidates must satisfy the given SPSU Eligibility Criteria 2025:

For B.Tech Course:

  • Qualifications: One must have passed 12th level or its equivalent exam from any recognised board.
  • Subjects: Candidates must have Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of Chemistry/Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subject/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Informatics Practices/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies.
  • Marks: One must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and Physics and Mathematics separately in their qualifying exam.
  • Scores: Applicants must hold a valid score card of JEE Main/CUET/SPSAT 2025 or other national level engineering entrance exam.

For BCA Course:

  • Qualifications: Applicants  qualified in 12th level or its equivalent exam from a recognised board will be eligible.
  • Marks: In the qualifying exam, one must have secured at least 50% of minimum marks.
  • Scores: One must have qualified CUET/SPAT 2025 exam to be eligible .

For M.Tech Course:

  • Qualifications: Applicants must have passed a bachelor’s degree in relevant field of Engineering & Technology from University recognised by UGC,
  • Marks Criteria: Applying candidates who have achieved a  minimum of 50% marks in the qualifying examination will be eligible for admission.
  • Scores: Candidates must have a valid scorecard of GATE 2025 or SPSAT 2025.
  • Appearing: Those candidates appearing in their final year of engineering will also be considered eligible.

For MBA Course:

  • Qualifications: One must be a bachelors degree holder in any stream from a UGC Approved university or equivalent.
  • Marks Criteria: Candidates must have secured at least 50% marks in their qualifying degree to be eligible.
  • Scores: Applicants who have a valid scorecard of CAT/ XAT/ MAT/ CMAT/ GMAT/ NMAT/ CUET/ ATMA/ SPSAT will be eligible to apply.

SPSU 2025 Admission Procedure 

SPSU Admission Procedure 2025 will be organised by the university for admission into UG & PG courses. Interested candidates will be offered admission on the basis of SPSAT and other national/ state level entrance examinations.

Candidates seeking admission in SPS university will have to first register themselves to be able to appear for SPSAT entrance exam. Candidates qualifying the entrance exam will be invited for further counselling & admission procedures. Seat allotted candidates will have to download their allotment letter from the website.

SPSU 2025 Entrance Exam 

SPSAT (Sir Padampat Singhania Admission Test) is an Entrance Exam conducted by SPS University for admission into UG and PG Courses in various fields. Candidates will have to appear for this exam through online mode only in third week of July 2025.

The university will conduct this exam to shortlist the eligible candidates for admission procedure. Only those candidates who will qualify the SPSAT Entrance Exam 2025 will be able to participate in counseling and further admission procedure.

SPSU 2025 Result/ Merit List 

SPSU Result 2025 will be announced through online mode for all candidates who appeared for entrance exam. Candidates will be able to view or download their result in fourth week of July 2025 by providing their login credentials.

The university will release a final merit list of shortlisted candidates after the declaration of result in PDF format. SPSU Merit List 2025 will be evaluated based on several determinants such as marks obtained in entrance exam, performance in qualifying exam, seats available etc.

SPS University 2025 Cut off  

The Cut Off marks are the qualifying marks set by the university for admission to various UG & PG courses. Candidates must achieve the SPSU Cut Off 2025 to be eligible for admission. Applicants will be able to check the cut off marks through online mode.

The university will decide the cut off marks based on several factors including number of candidates applied, performance of candidates in exam, seat available for admission, previous year cut off trend etc.

SPSU 2025 Counselling/ Admission

SPSU Counselling Procedure 2025 will be organised in month of August 2025 for admission to various courses. The university will organize the counselling procedures for only those applicants whose name will appear in final merit list. 

In order to get admission, it will be compulsory for candidates to participate in all counselling and admission rounds. It will include various steps such as registration, seat allotment, document verification, counselling fee submission etc. 

The selection of candidates for admission will  be on the basis of scores of SPSAT 2025 and national level entrance exams. After the seat allotment, applicants will need to report at the allotted center to get their documents verification and payment of counseling fee.
