JKCET 2025 Application Form

Students are able to go through the details related to JKCET application form 2025:

  • JKCET 2025 application form will be released in third week of April 2025.
  • Candidates will be able to do registration through online mode.
  • Enter the details asked to submit in application form i.e. personal, educational, contact etc. 
  • Candidates must upload the scanned images of signature, photo and thumb impression in prescribed size and format.
  • Applicants should preview the application form completely before submitting it.
  • Last date to submit application form will be in second week of May 2025.
  • Take a print out of JKCET application form and keep it safe for further use.

Application Fee:

  • The JKCET 2025 application fee will be Rs. 1200/-. 
  • Candidates will be able to submit it through online mode.
  • The payment gateways to deposit a fee will be Debit card/ Credit card/ Net banking.

How to Apply for JKCET 2025

  • Step 1: Visit the website of JKCET (link will be provided above).
  • Step 2: Click on the link “Click to Apply” under Online Application section.
  • Step 3: Fill application form by entering details i.e. personal, educational, contact details etc.
  • Step 4: Submit the application fee to proceed further.
  • Step 5: Upload the necessary documents i.e. photograph, signature and thumb impression within a prescribed size and format.
  • Step 6: Candidates must preview the application form.
  • Step 7: Click on “Submit” button.
  • Step 8: Print the application form and keep it safe for record and reference.

JKCET 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must go through the given eligibility criteria of JKCET 2025:

  • Nationality: Candidates must be a citizen of India.
  • Qualification: Applicants should have passed Higher secondary (12th/ 10+2) or an equivalent from a recognized statutory Board/ University.
  • Age limit: Minimum age will be 17 years as of 31st December 2025 to be eligible for admission.
  • Marks: Candidates must obtain at least 45% marks for Open Merit Category Candidates and 40% marks for reserved category candidates belonging to SC/ST or other Social and Educational Backward Classes. 
  • Subject: To be eligible, students must have Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects in class 12th.
  • Appearing: Candidates appearing in class 12th will also be eligible to apply. 

JKCET 2025 Exam Pattern

The JKCET exam pattern 2025 will be given as follows:

  • Medium of exam: Exam will be conducted in English medium only.
  • Duration: Candidates will get three hours to complete the exam.
  • Number of questions: There will be 180 questions in entrance exam.
  • Type of question: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) will be asked in exam.
  • Mode of exam: JKCET exam will be held through offline mode.
  • Marking Scheme: One mark will be provided for each correct answer.
  • Negative Marking: For each wrong answer, 0.25 mark will be deducted.

JKCET 2025 Admit Card

JKCET admit card 2025 will be released in the fourth week of May 2025. It will be released through online mode. Students must check details mentioned on admit card carefully, if any mistake will found they must inform the authority. The hall ticket will be available only for registered candidates.

The admit card will be a very important document to sit in the examination hall. It will include details i.e. applicants name, exam date, signature, photograph, important instructions etc. Candidates must keep their admit card safe until the admission procedure gets over.

JKCET 2025 Answer Key

JKCET answer key 2025 will be published after a few days the commencement of exam. It will be made available on the website for three days. Through the answer key, students will be able to estimate their scores before the declaration of result.

Candidates must check the answer key properly, if they found any discrepancy in answer key, they will also be provided an opportunity to raise an objection against it. Then authority will upload the final answer key after considering all objections raised by the candidate. 

JKCET 2025 Result

Result of JKCET 2025 will be declared in second week of June 2025 through online mode. The result will be declared for each participating candidate individually. Result will include details i.e. name, roll number, overall marks & passing marks of the candidates.

To download result, candidates will have to use their login credentials i.e. application number and password. Candidates will be able to check their result on the website. Students are advised to keep their result safe until the admission procedure gets over as it will be required at the time of counselling.

JKCET 2025 Cut Off

JKCET cut off 2025 will be released through online mode on the website of authority. It will be a minimum qualifying mark that must be obtained by candidates to be eligible for further admission procedure. The authority will not send cut off list to the candidates individually.

It will be compulsory for students to score minimum cut off marks to participate in the counselling procedure. The authority will prepare cut off marks on the basis of various factors such as seat availability, previous year cut off, difficulty level of exam etc.

JKCET 2025 Counselling

The JKCET counselling 2025 will be commenced in first week of July 2025 via online mode. Applicants those have shortlisted, will get a call for counselling procedure on the basis of merit rank. Shortlisted candidates will need to download their counselling letter through online mode. 

To appear in the counselling procedure, students will be required to carry the original certificate and the counselling fee of Rs. 500/-. As per counselling process, students will have to choose the college as well the course as per their choice.
