HITSEEE 2022 Application Form

Here are the complete details with some key instruction regarding the HITSEEE Application Form 2022:

• HITSEEE 2022 Application form has been made available through online mode only.
• Only Eligible candidates is allowed to apply for the examination. 
• Candidates are able to register themselves from 10th January 2022. 
• Applicant must fill the application form very carefully as there won’t be any correction facility for the application form. 
• The details filled by applicant in the application form must be authentic, as any alteration could cause rejection of Application form. 
• Details like Email ID and Phone number must be correct as all the communication can be done through them. 
• Candidates must submit their application form till 23rd May 2022 for Phase I & 12th June 2022 for Phase II, as no application form is accepted after prescribed date.
• Candidates are advised to keep the printout of filled application form and fee receipt for future references.

Application Fee

• Application Fee for every candidate is Rs.1200/-.
• HITSEEE 2022 Application Fee can submitted through online mode only.
• Candidates can use Credit Card, Debit Card and Net Banking Payment gateways for transaction of application fee.  
• Application Fee is non-refundable at any circumstances.

HITSEEE 2022 Eligibility Criteria

Here are the complete course wise Eligibility Norms prescribed for the HITSEEE 2022:

• Age Limit: Applying candidates must be born on or after 1st July 2000.
• B.Tech/ B.Des: Candidates must have passed or appearing in the 12th level or equivalent examination with at least 50% marks in qualifying examination. 
• For B.Tech (Bio-technology): Candidates must have passed 12th level or equivalent examination with at least 50% marks and Physics, Chemistry & Biology as mandatory subjects. 
• For B.Arch.: Candidates must passed 12th examination with Physics and Mathematics as mandatory subjects 50% marks overall in the examination.

For B.Tech Course:

• Exam mode: The examination for B.Tech course will be conducted through online mode only.
• Duration: Total 2 hours will be allotted for solving the question paper.
• Questions: The question paper will be consist of 120 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ’s).
• Medium: The medium of examination will be in English.

HITSEEE 2022 Admit Card 

HITSEEE Admit card will be made available for every registered candidates after few days form the completion of registration process. Candidates will be able to access the admit card from the June 2022 through online mode. 

The admit card will be an important document to be carried out on the day of examination as no candidates will be allowed to participate in the examination without admit card. 

HITSEEE 2022 Result 

HITSEEE Result has been released by the authority after few days from the completion of entrance examination. Authority has released the result for every exam participated candidate individually through online mode. Candidates are able to access their result from 20th June 2022.

The result has been prepared by the authority on the basis of candidate’s performances in the examination. On the basis of result, authority has prepared a merit list containing the names of shortlisted candidate for counselling procedure. Result has been sent to the registered email ID of the candidates.

HITSEEE 2022 Counselling  

HITSEEE Counselling is conducted by the authority after few days from the declaration of result. Only shortlisted candidate through the merit list are allowed to participate in the counselling procedure. Candidates are able to register themselves for the counselling procedure from website of authority through online mode.

The counselling procedure is followed by the various rounds including Registration, Fee payment, Choice Filling, Allotment of seats and reporting. The seats will be allotted to the candidates on the basis of their rank in the merit list. 

The final admission will be offered to the candidates after the verification rounds. After the allotment of seats, every selected candidate will have to report at the allotted Centre for completing the remaining formalities.
