OUCET (CPGET) 2023 Seat Allotment (Phase 2nd) has been released through online mode. OUCET (Osmania University Common Entrance Exam) is conducted by Osmania University. The OUCET is now replaced with CPGET (Common Post Graduation Entrance Test). It is a university level entrance exam conducted every year. The exam is conducted for candidates who want to take admission in various Postgraduate, Postgraduate Diploma and 5-year integrated courses offered by Osmania, Telangana, Mahatma Gandhi, Palamuru, Kakatiya, Universities affiliated colleges in Telangana state. OUCET (CPGET) 2023 Counselling Registration (1st Phase) has been started from 5th September 2023. Click here to register.
The counselling for OUCET (CPGET) 2023 has been started from 5th September 2023. Candidates have shortlisted on the basis of merit list. The counselling is conducted through online mode for shortlisted candidates.
It is conducted in various rounds based on availability of seats after each round. OUCET 2023 counselling is based on the marks obtained in common entrance test.
The shortlisted candidates are called for certificate verification based on the result. After seat allotment candidates have to report to the allotted college. Web option will be started from 23rd to 26th September 2023 for first round. Provisional allotment will be released on 29th September 2023 for first round.

Reservation of Seats
In the given section we have provided reservation criteria for the local and non-local candidates:
Local and Non-Local candidates:
- Admission to 85% of available seats in each course shall be reserved in favor of local candidates in relation to local area of Telangana.
- The remaining 15% of seats which are open to local and non-local shall be filled up subject to similar reservation as applicable to 85% local candidates.
SC, ST, and BC candidates:
- Schedule Caste: 15%
- Schedule Tribe: 6%
Backward class:
- Group A: 7%
- Group B: 10%
- Group C: 1%
- Group D: 7%
- Group E: 4%
EWS: As per the Government Orders of Telangana Govt.

Check the steps to apply for OUCET (CPGET) 2023 counselling procedure provided below:
- The online counselling is conducted in several rounds.
- First candidates have to register by entering OUCET roll number and password.
- Then create a login after registration by entering Hall ticket number, rank card, and date of birth.
- After login candidate have to pay the Processing Fee for different categories.
- For OC/ BC candidates processing fee is Rs. 200/- and for SC/ ST/ PH is Rs. 150/-.
- After payment, candidates have to upload the original certificates asked by the authority.
- Then review the preliminary online certificate uploaded above and exercise web option.
- After reviewing the documents, seat allotment process will start.
- Then pay the required fee and Download the Joining Report.
- After completing the process, report to the allotted college along with original certificate, fee paid challan, and Joining Report.
- Verification can also be done at the allotted college of original certificates.
- Candidates will receive Allotment order at the college.

Yes, you must have xerox copy of all documents required for verification but it will be compulsory to bring original documents as well.
