DASA 2023 Application Form can be filled till 22nd June 2023 for both the courses. DASA (Direct Admission of Students Abroad) is a scheme started by Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) Govt. of India for various UG and PG courses. The application form has been available through online mode. DASA 2023 is organized by NIT Calicut.
This scheme is designed for providing admission to foreign candidates, Person of Indian Origin living in abroad (POIs), Non-Resident Indians (NRIs), Children of Indian Workers in Gulf (CIWG), and Overseas Citizen of India (OCI). The candidates who are qualified gets admission in Engineering, Architecture, Design, and Management institutions. There are some institutions that are functioning under DASA are NITs, IITs, CFITs, DTU, SPA and many others. Following are the details about DASA 2023 Application Form with some key instructions given below:
- The application form for DASA 2023 has been made available through online mode only.
- DASA 2023 Application form for UG courses has been released from 12th June 2023 to 22nd June 2023.
- Candidate must check the eligibility norms before applying for the application form.
- Application form for DASA 2023 for PG courses has been released from 12th June 2023 to 22nd June 2023.
- Fill the application form with details like name, email id, phone number, academic details, etc.
- Details in application form must be correct as there is no correction facility provided to candidates.
- Candidate must upload the scanned documents like passport size photograph and signature.
- Candidate can send their SAT subject test result to NITL Surathkal through the College Board in the United States.
- Submit the form and take the printout of the application form for future reference.
Application Fee:
- The application fee can be submitted through online mode.
- Candidate can pay the fee using E-Payment/ SWIFT/ NEFT/ RTGS transfer.

DASA 2023 Eligibility Criteria
Candidate must check the eligibility criteria for DASA 2023 given below:
For UG Courses:
- Nationality: The candidate must be NRI/ PIO/ OCI to be eligible for admission.
- Age Limit: Candidates born on or after 1st October 1998 are eligible to apply for exam.
- Qualification: Candidate must qualify 12th Intermediate or equivalent from any recognized board.
- Subjects: In qualifying exam candidate must pass with Physics and Mathematics as mandatory subject with one of the subjects like Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology or Computer Science.
- JEE Main Rank: Qualified candidates must have valid JEE Main 2023 rank to apply for Engineering admission.
For PG Courses:
- Qualification: Candidate must have bachelor’s degree from any discipline from any recognized university/ institute.
- Marks: The minimum marks candidate must score at least 60% aggregate marks to be eligible for admission.
- GRE Score: Candidate must have valid total of 300 GRE Revised General Test Score and 480 GMAT test score for MBA programme.
- M.Tech/ M.Arch./ M. Des. / M. Plan: Candidate should score total of 300 GRE Revised General Tests.

How to Apply for DASA 2023?
Here are steps to apply for DASA 2023 Application form below:
- Visit the website (link is available above).
- Candidates have to register yourself by entering basic details.
- They have to enter email id and captcha code to create the account.
- Then email will be sent to email address with link to complete registration.
- Once the details will be verified registration will be completed.
- Fill the application form with details like personal, academic details, choose question paper medium, and examination cities.
- Upload the scanned documents like passport size photograph, signature and other relevant documents.
- The size of scanned photograph should be in 100 KB in JPG format.
- The size of scanned signature should 100 kb in same JPG format.
- For other scanned copies of relevant document in JPG/ JPEG format with file size of 500kb.
- Candidate will be able to pay the fee through online mode using Credit card, Debit card, and Net Banking.
- The confirmation page of online application form will be generated only after successful payment by the candidate.
- Take the printout of the application form and fee receipt for future reference.
