DASA 2024 Result/ Merit list will be released through online mode. It is a national level admission procedure organized every year by one of the participating institutions on a rotational basis. DASA (Direct Admission of Students Abroad) is a scheme commenced by the Ministry of Education, Government of India. Through DASA merit, admission will be offered to Foreign Nationals/ Persons of Origin (PIOs)/ Non- Resident Indians (NRIs)/ Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) candidates into various UG and PG level courses.
The shortlisted candidates will get admission into Engineering/ Architecture/ Planning courses in year 2024 to National Institute of Technology (NITs), Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIITs), Schools of Planning and Architecture (SPAs) and other premier technical institutions of India. For admission into various courses, national level scores of JEE Main, NEET, etc. will be considered. DASA 2024 Merit List
The DASA 2024 merit list will be available through online mode. For UG courses, a merit list will be created on the basis of JEE Main scores obtained by the candidates. The JEE Main scores by MNNIT Allahabad will be considered as valid for the merit list and seat allotment process.
For PG courses, a merit list will be drawn on the basis of total GRE/ GMAT test scores only. Candidates who have valid scores of GRE/ GMAT received by the NIT Calicut will be considered for merit list preparation and seat allotment.

Candidates can download the DASA 2024 result by following the procedure mentioned below:

- Now, enter the login details.
- The result of DASA will be displayed on the screen.

DASA 2024 Tie-Breaking Criteria
There might be a case of tie- breaking in such exams, due to a huge number of candidates and competition, it will be obvious when two or more candidates will have similar marks in the examination.
In such cases, the authority will determine rank of the candidates, age of the candidates, or application number in the ascending order. But the first thing that will be considered in the exam will be the marks obtained by the candidates.
DASA 2024 Cut Off
The DASA Cut Off will be released through online mode. The cut off will be declared by the admission authority. The cut off marks of DASA 2024 will be the minimum scores that the candidate must score in order to qualify in the entrance exam.
The cut-off marks will be calculated on the basis of various factors such as the total number of seats available, the total number of appearing candidates, the difficulty level of the exam and previous year trends
DASA 2024 Counselling
The DASA 2024 counselling is organized by the authority. Students who qualify the entrance exam will be able to participate in the counselling process. Only applied candidates will be eligible for seat allocation after getting called in the merit list.
Candidates will need to enroll to engage in counselling through the online portal. The DASA counselling process will be organized in different rounds. It will be organized in the first, second and third rounds. The initial two rounds of counselling will take place in online mode and the final round will take place as offline mode. Candidates will need to pay Rs. 2500/- for enrollment.
DASA 2024 Admission Procedure
Candidates are advised to download the letter of admission by online mode in the DASA 2024 admission procedure. Those candidates who are shortlisted for the final admission round must report to the allotted institution.
Candidates must visit the allotted institution with their letter of admission. Also, students must carry their original and photocopies of documents required for validation. The applicants are required to have a few seats reserved based on their nationality. Also, a medical fitness test will be conducted and the candidates have to qualify it for admission.
