DEEET 2023 stands for Diploma Engineering Entrance Examination of Tripura will be conducted by Central Selection Committee (CSC). The admission for Diploma Engineering will be based on CSC syllabi, to prepare the merit list against available seats in State of Tripura for the candidates. It is a state level entrance exam conducted for admission in 3-year Diploma engineering courses in different branches under the Higher Education Department of Tripura Government. DEEET 2023 Application Form
Here are the details about DEEET 2023 Application form with some key instructions given below:
- DEEET 2023 application form for the exam will be available online mode.
- The application form of DEEET 2023 will be available from first week of April 2023.
- Candidates need to fill out the application form by entering details such as name, email address, phone number, education qualification, etc.
- Candidate must fill the application form carefully as any alteration can cause the rejection of application form.
- The last date to submit the application form will be till second week of May 2023.
- Submit the application form and take the printout for the same for future reference.
Application Fee:
- The application fee will be paid through online mode only.
- Candidates will be able to pay the fee by Credit card/ Debit card/ Net Banking.

DEEET 2023 Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria for DEEET 2023 are provided below:
- Nationality: The candidates must be a permanent resident of Tripura.
- Qualification: Candidates must have passed Madhyamik or equivalent exam from Tripura Board of Secondary Education/ CBSE/ or other equivalent board.
- Marks: In qualifying exam candidates must score at least 35% aggregate marks to be eligible for exam.
- Age limit: There will be no maximum age limit for the candidates.
DEEET 2023 Exam Pattern
Candidates must check the exam pattern for DEEET 2023 below:
- Exam mode: The exam will be conducted through offline mode.
- Type of question: The questions will be of Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs).
- Duration: The duration of the exam will be 2 hours to solve the paper.
- Sections: The paper will be divided in 3 sections i.e., Mathematics, Physical Science/ Science and English.
- Marks: The question paper will be of total 400 marks.
- Medium: The medium of paper will be in English and Bengali both.
- Marking scheme: 4 marks will be given for every correct answer and 1 mark will be deducted for every wrong answer.
DEEET 2023 Syllabus
DEEET 2023 Syllabus will be based on the 9th class and 10th class of TBSE and CBSE. The paper is divided into 3 sections i.e., Physical Science, Mathematics, and English. Here are some topics given based on 10th class syllabus.
- Mathematics: Arithmetic, Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Mensuration, Co-ordinate Geometry, Statistics and Probability.
- Science/ Physical Science: Force and Newtons Laws, Electricity, Magnetic Effects of Current, Sound, Sources of Entergy, Chemical Reactions, Acids, Bases and Salts, Metal and Non-metal, Carbon compounds.
- English: Tenses, Modals, Voice, Subject Verb concord, reporting, clauses, parts of speech, prepositions.
DEEET 2023 Preparation Tips

- Appropriate timetable must be prepared for studying for the exams, and they must adhere to it.
- Information must be gathered for the authoritatively prescribed syllabus and exam pattern.
- Last year’s Question Paper must be solved for an enhanced understanding of the question pattern.

DEEET 2023 Admit Card
The DEEET 2023 Hall Ticket will release by the authority from third week of June 2023. Candidates need to enter their login credentials to download the admit card through online mode. Candidates who have registered successfully for the examination can get the admit card.
Candidates must carry the admit card on the day of the examination. The candidates are not allowed to sit in the exam hall without admit card. Candidates also have to carry one valid ID proof along with the admit card.
DEEET 2023 Result
The DEEET 2023 Result will be published in third week of July 2023. The result will release in the online mode on the website. CSC will release a merit list on the basis of merit/ scores. Candidates will have to enter their login credentials to check their results.
After entering the login details result will appear on the screen. Merit list includes the candidate name who have appeared in the exam and also qualified the criteria.
DEEET 2023 Counselling
The DEEET 2023 counselling will be started from 1st week of August 2023 through online mode. It will be mandatory for all the short-listed candidates to participate in the counselling process.
The seats for different courses in different polytechnic institute will be distributed among the eligible candidates. Before online counselling choice feeding have to be done in online portal. Candidates will also have to bring some important documents for the verification & submission process.
