• The Application form is available through online mode as no other mode is accepted.
• Candidate must check the eligibility criteria before applying for the application form.
• Fill the application form by entering details like name, parent name, email id, phone number, education qualification, etc.
• NCHMCT JEE 2023 Application form has been started from 3rd February 2023.
• Candidate must fill the details correctly but if there is any mistake they can correct it from 3rd May 2023.
• The last date to submit the application form will be till 2nd May 2023.
• Download the form and take the printout of the application form for future reference.

Application Fee:

• The application fee can be submitted through online mode only.
• Candidate can pay the fee using Credit card/ Debit card or Net Banking.
• Application fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

• Nationality: Candidate must be Indian National to be eligible for exam.
• Age Limit: There is no age limit as per the New Education Policy.
• Qualification: Candidate must pass 12^th class of Senior Secondary exam or its equivalent from any recognized board.
• Subject: In qualifying exam candidate must pass with English as core/ functional/ elective as mandatory subject.
• Medical Fitness: Candidate must have medical fitness certificate as required at time of Registered Medical Practitioner.

How to Apply for NCHMCT JEE 2023

Here are step by step instructions given for filling the online application form for NCHMCT JEE 2023 given below:

• Go to the website (link is provided above).
• Candidate have to register for Online Registration using Email ID and Mobile Number and generate the Application Number.
• After registration fill the application form with details like personal, educational qualification, phone number, email id, etc.
• Upload the scanned documents like photograph, signature, and Category certificate and PWD certificate.
• The scanned photograph of size must be between 10 KB to 200 KB in jpg/ jpeg/ png format.
• The scanned signature size must be between 4 KB to 30 KB in jpg/ jpeg or png format.
• Candidate also have to upload the category certificate and PWD certificate with 50 KB to 300 KB if applicable.
• After entering the details candidate have to pay the application fee through online mode using Credit/ Debit card/ Net Banking/ UPI/ Wallet.
• On successful payment Confirmation Page will be generated.
• Download and take the printout of the application form for future reference.
