Ganga Group of Institutions Application Form 2021 is open. Admission will be organized to offer admission in various UG and PG courses. The university offers admission in field of Engineering, Management, etc. Ganga Group of Institutions (GGOI) is located in New Delhi and it is affiliated to Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak and HSBTE. Candidates can apply based on the national level exam scores (JEE Main, NEET). University not conducts any separate entrance examination to provide admissions. GGOI 2021 Application Form

Candidates can check details about GGOI 2021 application form from the given section:

• Application form has been released through online mode on the website. Any offline mode can not be entertained to fill application form.
• Candidates can fill the application form from June 2021.
• Fill all details i.e. educational, personal, academic, address carefully in the application form.
• Upload documents i.e. passport size photograph and signature in the prescribed format.
• Candidates are advised to fill details carefully in the application form, after submission of it any correction can not be accepted.
• Candidates can fill application form till the September 2021.
• Take printout of the filled application form and keep it safe for other procedures.
• Dully filled application form will be submitted along with demand draft in the given address:
  Ganga Group of Institute,
  36/1, Main Road, East Punjabi Bagh,
  New Delhi- 110026.

Application Fee:

• Application fee is Rs.200 for all courses.
• Fee can be paid through offline mode using demand draft (DD).
• Demand draft should be issued in favor of Ganga Group of Institutions payable at New Delhi.
• Application fee is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

GGOI 2021 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must go through GGOI 2021 eligibility criteria before filling the application form:

B.Tech Courses:

• Qualification: Candidates must pass 10+2 or its equivalent from any recognized board.
• Marks Criteria: Candidates must have secured minimum 45% marks (42.75% marks for SC category of Haryana only).
• Subjects: Candidates must have passed with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and any one from Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology and technical vocational courses.

B.Tech (LE):

• Qualification: Candidates must have diploma of 3 years in engineering from Haryana state of board or its equivalent.
• Marks: Candidates must secure 40% aggregate marks (42.75% for SC candidates of Haryana courses) in their qualifying examination.

B.Arch Courses:

• Qualification: Candidates must pass 10+2 or its equivalent from any recognized board.
• Percentage Criteria: Candidates must have secured minimum of 50% marks in their qualifying examination.
• Score Card: Candidates must have valid score card of NATA or JEE Main.

M.Tech Courses:

• Qualification: Candidates must possess B.Tech/ B.E degree or its equivalent from any recognized institute.
• Marks: Candidates must secure 50% marks (45% marks for SC category of Haryana state) in their qualifying examinations.

MBA Courses:

• Qualification: Candidates must pass Bachelor’s degree in any stream from or its equivalent from a recognized university/ institute.
• Percentage Criteria: Candidates must have secured minimum 50% aggregate marks in their qualifying examinations.

GGOI 2021 Admission Procedure

GGOI 2021 Admission will be done based on national level exam scores and academic records. Candidates will have to register themselves on the website. Candidates can apply for UG and PG courses based on national level examination scores of JEE Main, NATA, etc.

Any separate entrance examination is not conducted by the university to provide admissions. Admission into B.Tech courses will be offered based on JEE Main scores. Seats will be allotted to the candidates in the counselling process.

GGOI 2021 Merit List

GGOI 2021 Merit list will be released after complete submission of the application form. Merit list will be published through online mode. Merit list will be prepared by the university based on the marks secured by the candidates in national level examinations or qualifying exams.

Merit list will be released separately for different courses. In the merit list candidates can check their rank. Candidates whose name will be present in the merit list will be able to attend the counselling rounds.

GGOI 2021 Counselling

Ganga Group of Institutions 2021 counselling will be organized by the Haryana State Technical Education Society. Counselling will be conducted through online mode. Candidates will have to present in the counselling to get seats.

Seats will be allotted to the candidates based on 12^th level, graduation level and other national level examination. Only eligible candidates will be shortlisted for the admission.

Seats will be allotted to the candidates based on national level exam scores and 12th level scores. 25% seats will be provided to the candidates based on counselling and 75% of seats will be allotted based on 12th level/ national level examination.

GGOI 2021 Admission

Candidates will have to report at the allotted college with admission letter. Candidates can download admission letter through online mode. Candidates are also advised to bring their original documents for verification.

Candidates who will not submit required documents, seats will be cancelled to them. Candidates are advised to reach admission venue on given date and time. Candidates will also need to submit admission fee of the courses.
