GGOI 2022 Application Form

Following are the complete details with some key instructions regarding GGOI Application Form 2022:

• The Application Form has been released for every eligible candidate through online mode.
• Candidates can submit their application form till July 2022.
• Candidate must fill the application form as per the prescribed instruction as any alteration in the details could cause rejection of application form.
• The details filled by candidates in the application form must be authentic and details in the 10^th marksheet is considered as authentic details.
• Details like Phone Number and email id must be personal and correct as all the communication can be done through them.
• Candidates must submit the application form before the 4^th week of July 2022, no application form can be accepted after the last date.
• Candidates are advised to keep the printout of filed application form and fee receipt for future references

Application Fee:

• The Application Fee for every candidate is Rs. 200/-.
• Candidate can use Prescribed payment gateways for transaction of application fee.
• Application Fee is non-refundable at any circumstances.

 GGOI 2022 Eligibility Criteria

For B.Tech Courses:

• Qualification: Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from any recognized board.
• Marks: Candidates must have secured at least 45% marks (75% marks for SC category of Haryana only) in their qualifying examination.
• Subjects: Candidates must have Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and any one from Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology and technical vocational courses.
• Appearing: Candidates appearing in the final examination in 2022 can also apply for the admission.

For B.Tech. (LE):

• Qualification: Candidates must be the diploma certificate holder in 3 years engineering from any recognized institution.
• Marks: Candidates must secure 40% aggregate marks (42.75% for SC candidates of Haryana courses) in their qualifying examination.
• Appearing: Candidates appearing in the qualifying examination in 2022 can also apply for the admission.

For B.Arch. Courses:

• Qualification: Candidates must passed or appearing in the 10+2 or its equivalent from any recognized board.
• Marks: Candidates must have secured minimum of 50% marks in their qualifying examination.
• Score Card: Candidates must have valid score card of NATA or JEE Main.

For M.Tech. Course:

• Qualification: Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in B.Tech/ B.E degree or its equivalent from any recognized institute.
• Marks: Candidates must secure 50% marks (45% marks for SC category of Haryana state) in their qualifying examinations.

For MBA Courses:

• Qualification: Candidates must be the bachelor’s degree holder in any discipline from any recognized board.
• Marks: Applying candidates must have score 50% marks in their qualifying examination.

GGOI 2022 Admission Procedure

Ganga Group of Institutions (GGOI) Admission Procedure will be regulated in various rounds including Registration, Counselling and Allotment of seats. The admission procedure will be regulated on the basis of candidate’s performance in the required entrance examination.

Based on the candidate’s performance in the required entrance examination, authority will release the merit list. Candidates will be called for the counselling procedure on the basis of their rank in the merit list.

GGOI 2022 Merit list

GGOI merit list will be released by the authority after few days from the completion of Registration process. Authority will release the merit list for every eligible candidate through online mode. Candidates will be able to access the complete merit list from the website of authority.

The merit list will be consisting of names of shortlisted candidates for the counselling procedure. Authority will release the separate merit list for every courses.

GGOI 2022 Counselling

Ganga Group of Institutions (GGOI) counselling procedure will be organized by the Haryana State Technical Education Society through online mode. Candidates will have to register themselves individually for participating in the counselling procedure.

The counselling procedure will be regulated on the basis of university level merit list.

Seats will be allotted to the candidates based on their scores in the national level exam scores and 12th level scores.

GGOI 2022 Admission

The final admission will be provided to the candidates after the completion of selection procedure. 25% seats will be provided to the candidates based on counselling and 75% of seats will be allotted based on 12th level/ national level examination.

Candidates will also have to submit all required documents within given time period for verification rounds. Candidates those will not submit required documents, their seats will be allotted to other candidates.
