GCET 2024 Answer Key may not be released as the exam has been scrapped by the authority. Earlier, Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) conducted the GCET examination. GCET stands for Goa Common Entrance Test. From the year 2024 onwards, admission into Engineering will be offered through JEE Main scores. It is a state-level admission procedure organised for admission in Engineering & Pharmacy. Eligible applicants will be considered for admission into Goa’s government and private Engineering and pharmacy colleges. NEET UG scores will be used to determine admission to MBBS, BDS, BHMS (Homeopathy), BAMS (Ayurveda), Allied Health Science, B.V.s.c & A.H., and Nursing programmes.

GCET 2024 Answer Key

GCET 2024 Answer Key may or may not be available online as the exam has been scrapped. If the authority conducts the exam, then the answer key will be available in the third week of May 2024 by the authority. The applicants will be able to view the answer key by providing their login credentials i.e User ID & Password. The applicants will be able to calculate their scores through the provisional answer key. 

In case of any discrepancy in the  answer key, the candidates will be able to raise an objection against the Provisional Answer Key. The GCET 2024 Examination will be conducted in the second week of May 2024.

How to Download GCET 2024 Answer Key

Here are the steps to download GCET 2024 Answer Key below:

• Navigate to the website. (link will be provided above).
• Go on the “GCET Answer Key 2024” to open the link.
• The answer key will be viewed in PDF format.
• View the answer key and calculate the probable score. 
• Print out the answer key after downloading it from the website. 
• Keep the print out until release of the final answer key. 

Response Sheet/ OMR Sheet

GCET 2024 Response Sheet/ OMR Sheet will be provided to the candidates by the authority after the release of the provisional answer key.  By comparing the OMR Sheet with the response sheet, applicants will be able to determine their predicted scores.

The applicants will be required to pay Rs.200/- per question to raise an objection against the provisional answer key.           

Calculate Scores Using GCET 2024 Answer Key     

By comparing the OMR Sheet with the provisional answer key, applicants will be able to determine their predicted scores. The applicants will be able to determine their potential scores if the response on the OMR Sheet matches the answers on the provisional answer key.

For each correct answer  add +1 mark each. Negative points won’t be deducted for wrong answers.

Objection Against GCET 2024 Answer Key

Here are the steps to raise objections against the GCET 2024 Answer Key:

• Visit the online website.
• If you have any objection regarding the provisional answer key, click the link. 
• Select the answer and attach the accompanying documents. 
• Select a payment method and use the online payment to send the non refundable fee to the authority. 

GCET 2024 Final Answer Key

GCET 2024 Final Answer Key will be available in the fourth week of June 2024. The provisional answer key will be made available before the  final answer key. The final answer key will not be subject to objections. The authority will not provide any objections to the final answer key.

Candidates can estimate their potential scores by comparing the final answer key with their Response/ OMR Sheet. The final answer key will be provided along with results. 

GCET 2024 Result

The GCET Result 2024 will be declared in the first week of June  2024. The candidates will be able to view the results by providing login details i.e User ID and Password. The result will only be available online by navigating to the university website.
