GCET 2024 Cut-Off will be released in the fourth week of May 2024. GCET (Goa Common Entrance Test) is a state level entrance exam conducted by Directorate of Technical Education (DTE). From the year 2024, GCET exam has been scrapped. This exam is conducted to provide admission to Degree courses in Engineering and Pharmacy, Architecture, Dentistry etc. To get admission to medical and dental courses, candidates will need to qualify NEET UG scores. For engineering courses, admission will be given through JEE Main scores. For architecture courses, NATA scores will be required.

GCET 2024 Cut Off
The cut-off for GCET 2024 will be released for each category – General, OBC, ST and SC. It will be published through online mode at the website. The cut-off will be minimum marks needed to get admission. Students who score minimum cut-off marks will be eligible for the admission procedure.
On the basis of cut-off marks the authority will prepare the merit list. The cut-off marks will not be provided to the students through offline mode, they have to view it from the website. While preparing the cut-off for GCET 2024, the authority will consider various factors such as:

How to Check GCET 2024 Cut-Off

GCET 2024 Result
The result of GCET 2024 will be released in the third week of May 2024. Candidates will be able to access the result through online mode. Students will need to enter their login credentials at the website to view the result.
The GCET 2024 result will be released in the form of merit list for all offered courses. After entering the login credentials, the result will appear on screen. Students must take a printout of the result and keep it safe for further admission procedure. As it will be required at the time of verification process.
GCET 2024 Counselling
The GCET 2024 counselling will be organized after a declaration of result through online mode. Candidates will be able to take part in counselling procedure in the month of June 2024. All shortlisted candidates must appear for counselling to get admission. The GCET 2024 counselling procedure will consist of online registration, choice filling and locking, document verification and seat allotment process.
Students will be called for counselling procedure after a submission of admission form. After the completion of counselling process, the seats will be allotted to the students. Applicants will need to carry their important documents for the verification and submission procedure.
