How to Fill GPAT 2024 Application Form – Check Details Here
GPAT 2024 Application Form has been made available from 19th April 2024. GPAT is a national level entrance which will conducted by NBEMS. Through this entrance test, candidates get admission into M.Pharma programme in various pharmacy colleges and institutions. GPAT 2024 registration has been started through online mode. Candidates are able to start filling the GPAT 2024 application form from 19th April 2024. Candidates are able to fill the application form till 8th May 2024.
Candidates must fill the application form carefully as no correction or changes will be allowed after the last date of form submission. All the details should be furnished as per the candidate’s documents. In case of incorrect application form it is rejected on a later stage.

How to fill GPAT 2024 Application Form
The application form of GPAT 2024 can be filled by the candidates by following the below steps:
Log in to the official website:
- Candidates in the first step are required to visit the official website of GPAT (link is given above).
- On the home page of the official website click on ‘New User’ link.
- Now, go through the instructions on the page and accept the declaration.
Registration:
- Now candidates have to click on ‘Self Registration Form’ and fill all the required basic details.
- Click on ‘submit’ button and submit the application form.
- A password will be sent to the registered email id of the candidate which will be used in further process.
Payment of GPAT 2024 Registration Fee:
- In the next step, candidates have to make payment of the registration fee by choosing one of the modes of payment.
- Candidates can pay the application fee through online mode by debit/credit card, net banking or by way of Bank challan.
- A confirmation message will be sent to the candidate’s email id after the successful payment.
Filling the Registration Form and Uploading:
- After the successful payment of registration fee candidates have to fill up the remaining details in the form.
- Candidates have to fill their personal, contact and educational details.
- Upload the signature and photograph according to the prescribed format and size.
- The photograph and signature should be uploaded according to the below mentioned specifications:

Submitting and Printing the Form:
- In the last step candidates have to read the declaration and click on ‘Agree’ button.
- After successfully submitting the application form, candidates are advised to take the printout of the form for further use.
