IBSAT Result 2025/2026
To access IBSAT result 2025, candidates will have to log in to the website with using their login credentials. Candidates are advised to keep their application number and password safe to check the result. The result will be viewed through online mode only.
No scorecard will be sent to any candidate individually by post or any means. The candidates are advised to check the details printed on the result carefully and accurately. The IBSAT scorecard contains the candidate’s name, obtained marks, percentile score, address, the course for which candidate apply.
IBSAT Result Date 2025
Candidates those who appeared in the written examination will get their result/scorecard from 30th December 2025. The selection process will be started from 14th February 2026. The last date for selection process will be till 22nd February 2026.
The result will be published on the website within few days of the written examination. The IBSAT 2025 written exam has been conducted on 27th –28th December 2025. The final merit list will be available through online mode. Candidates will get admission after the publishing of the final merit list.

Candidates must follow the step given below to get the IBSAT 2025 result:
- Navigate the official website link (link will be given above).
- Click on the link and you will be redirected to the university website.
- Click on login section on the main tab.
- Enter your “Application no.” & “Password”
- Check your result and take two-three printout of it.
- Keep the IBSAT result safe till the admission process.
IBSAT Admission Procedure
Candidates will get shortlisted for the next rounds on the basis of their performance in the exam. Participating institutions will be displayed the names of selected candidates for their campuses on their websites. The IBSAT 2025 selection process will take place from 14th to 22nd February 2026.
Final selection of the candidates will be carried out on the basis of Personal Interview and a micro presentation. The micro presentation topics will be general in nature and chosen randomly from a pool of 1–100. An option to choose one more topic will be provided in case the candidate is not comfortable with the first selected topic.
The admission will be offered on the basis of past academic performance of the candidate and PI & micro presentation. Candidates are instructed to take the admission to the allotted institution before the last date of admission.
The detailed personal letters with the Form, IBS Placement Brochure, Selection process and Travel information to IBS Hyderabad are dispatched to all the qualified students, expected to receive in the next two days.
Candidates are also able to take admission via other entrance tests like CAT, XAT, GMAT, NMAT etc. The scores from 2023 are accepted for admission. The eligible scores are mentioned as below.
- GMAT™ score of 500 and above
- CAT score of 60 percentile and above
- NMAT by GMAC™ score of 150 and above
- XAT score of 60 percentile and above
Final Merit List Preparation
The final merit list will be prepared on the basis of past academic record, performance in the group discussion & personal interview. More details will be checked from the table below:
