IEMJEE 2026 Eligibility Criteria

For B.Tech Course: 

• Qualification: Candidates must pass X & XII level from a recognized board to be eligible for admission. 
• Marks: In the qualifying exam, candidates must score 60% marks to apply. 
• Subjects: To be eligible for admission, candidates must have Physics, Chemistry and Maths as compulsory subjects in class 12th level. 
• Selection: Candidates will be selected for admission through University Entrance examination (IEMJEE). scores. 

For M.Tech Course: 

• Qualification: Applying candidates must pass 10th, 12th and B.Tech in relevant streams from a recognized university/ institute. 
• Marks: In the qualifying exam, candidates must score 60% marks to be eligible. 
• Selection: Candidates will be selected based on GATE/ IEMJEE exam scores only. 

For BCA Course: 

• Qualification: Candidates should have passed class 12th exam or equivalent from a recognized board. 
• Subject: Candidates must have English & Mathematics/ Computer Science/ Statistics/ Information Practices, etc in the qualifying exam. 

IEMJEE 2026 Admission Procedure 

IEMJEE 2026 admission procedure includes various steps such as filling of registration form, release of admit card, entrance exam, result/ merit list, fee payment & counselling. Those qualified candidates in the entrance exam will be eligible to participate in further admission procedures. 

Admission through IEMJEE 2026 will be provided in various UG & PG level courses. Admission will also be provided based on various National level exam such as WBJEEB, GATE & IEMJEE entrance exam. Final admission will be provided after counselling fee payment and verification of documents.  

IEMJEE 2026 Entrance Exam 

IEMJEE 2026 entrance exam will be conducted through online & offline mode. The online mode is a Computer Based Test (CBT). IEMJEE stands for Institute of Engineering & Management Joint Entrance Exam. For online mode, candidates will be given 2 hours to solve the exam & for offline mode, total 3 hours will be given. 

A total of 90 questions will be asked from Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. The questions paper will consist of 360 marks questions in total. For each correct question, 4 marks will be awarded. For each wrong answer, 1 mark will be deducted. Exam will be conducted in various centres or offline method such as Jaipur, Patna, Kolkata, Howrah, Agartala, etc. 

IEMJEE 2026 Result 

The result of IEMJEE 2026 will be announced through online mode. Candidates appearing in the entrance exam will be eligible to access the result from the website of IEMJEE. To download the result, candidates will be required to use their login credentials such as candidates name & hall ticket number. 

The result will consist of various details such as roll number, qualifying marks status, obtained marks in exam, etc. Moreover, authority will also prepare a merit list based on the result. Candidates are advised to keep the hardcopy of the result safe for further counselling procedure. 

IEMJEE 2026 Counselling 

After the declaration of result, IEMJEE 2026 counselling will be conducted. Candidates will be able participate in counselling procedures through offline mode. Those qualified candidates in entrance examination will be eligible to participate in counselling. Candidates will be able to fill a choice of course of their interest. 

After successful counselling completion, seats will be allotted to the candidates. After getting seats, candidates will need to report to the IEM admission office along with the necessary documents. Final admission will be given after verifying the documents.
