Indo-Pak Conflict: The recent Pahalgam terror attack, which killed 26 individuals, the majority of whom were tourists, has resulted in increased tensions between India and Pakistan.
On 07th May, in response, India initiated Operation Sindoor, targeting terrorist camps in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir.
As an answer to this, Pakistan conducted missile and drone strikes on May 9. This situation is ongoing, which has made students worried about the impact on future entrance exams such as JEE Advanced, CUET UG, and NEET PG.
List of Exams Postponed Due to Indo-Pak Tensions
Below are the entrance exams for 2025 that are canceled or will be rescheduled due to the ongoing Indo-Pak Conflict:

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has also recently announced the postponement of the CA exams to be conducted from May 9th to 14th. The JMI has also decided to conduct the admission tests for the students of Jammu and Kashmir separately, to be held on May 10-11, 2025.
Some of the schools and colleges near the border have also been closed, and a few states are also not allowing travel.
Exams at Risk Due to Indo-Pak Conflict
In this war situation, students preparing for various entrance exams are worried about their future. States like Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab, and Rajasthan are facing very critical conditions, with areas near the border being heavily affected. JEE Advanced, scheduled for May 18th, has exam centers in these states, and many candidates are raising concerns on social media about whether the exam will be delayed due to the ongoing situation.

So far, there have been no updates about the CUET UG 2025 and NEET PG 2025 exams. However, since the CUET UG admit cards are expected to be released soon, candidates are anxious about how they will take the exam in this situation.
The CUET UG is scheduled from May 13th to June 3rd, and the NEET PG is on June 15th. If the situation gets more difficult and worsens, candidates can expect that exams will not be conducted in affected areas and rescheduled dates will be announced.
