INI CET 2024 Result will be declared on 25th May 2024. It is a national level entrance exam which is newly introduced by All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS). INI CET (Institute of National Importance Combined Entrance Test) is conducted for the candidates seeking admission to PG courses MD, MS, DM (6 years), MCh (6 years) and MDS).

INI CET 2024 Result

The INI CET 2024 result will be published through online mode. The authority will release a separate result for both July session and January session. Students will be able to check results at the website. 

The INI CET result will be made available in the PDF format. Candidates who will qualify the entrance exam will be able to check their result by using their login credentials. The authority will not send scorecard to the students individually, they will need to download it from website.

How to Download  INI CET 2024 Result

Following are the steps to download a INI CET result 2024:

• Visit the online website (link will be available above).
• Now, click on a “Result” tab.
• Click on a “Academic Course” at the top of box.
• Select a INI CET 2024 Result from the list. 
• Login at the candidate’s dashboard by entering registration number, unique code, password etc.
• The result will be displayed on the screen.
• Check the details on result and download it.
• Take a few printouts of it for further use.

INI CET 2024 Merit List

The merit list will consist of names of candidates who qualify the entrance exam. On the basis of cut-off percentile the merit list will be prepared by the authority.

The merit list will include the roll number, institutional preference, overall rank and percentile. The merit list will be made available in the PDF format. 

Tie Breaking Criteria

In case if candidates score same marks in the INI CET exam, then the authority will follow the given tie-breaking criteria:

• Candidates with fewer negative marks in the INI CET 2024 will be given a higher rank.
• If tie still exists, then the older age candidates will be placed at a higher rank in the result.

INI CET 2024 Cut Off

The cut-off is the minimum qualifying marks that must be scored by the candidates to be eligible for further admission procedure. The cut-off will be set for various categories according to various parameters. 

The authority will publish the category wise cut-off list. The cut-off will be decided on the basis of various factors such as number of appeared candidates, qualified candidates, performance in qualifying exam, marks or rank secured etc. 

There will be different cut-off marks for various categories as mentioned below:

• For Unreserved (OCI, EWS, Sponsored and Foreign Nationals– 50th percentile.
• For OBC, SC, ST, PwBD, and Bhutanese Nationals – 45th percentile.

INI CET 2024 Counselling

The counselling for INI CET will be conducted for both the sessions separately. Only shortlisted applicants will be allowed to participate in the counseling process. Candidates who successfully qualify the entrance exam will need to register themselves for counseling procedure through online mode. 

The INI CET counselling will have various rounds. The authority will conduct a seat allotment process and counseling on the website. Candidates must carry the original documents/ certificates with them for the document verification process at the time of counseling.
