CDS Exam Update: The Union Public Service Commission usually releases the NDA & CDS results together. However, this time the NDA 2 2025 and CDS 2 2025 results are released separately.
On 02nd October 2025, the UPSC NDA 2 2025 result was announced, and on 09th October 2025, the CDS 2 2025 result was announced.
The UPSC CDS 2 2025 exam was held on 14th September 2025. The result has been announced, although the reason for the delay has not been disclosed. For CDS 2, a total of 9085 candidates have qualified for the SSB interview.
How & Where To Check CDS Result?
The authority has released the CDS 2 2025 result on the UPSC official wesbite at upsc.gov.in. The CDS result PDF has a list of selected candidates. For the CDS 2 2025.
CDS 2 2025 result is availabe under the What’s New” section on the authority website’s homepage. As the result is released in PDF, candidates are not required to enter their login details.
First, the authority has declared the roll numbers of the CDS selected candidates. Then, after a few days, the names and roll numbers of the selected candidates for the written exam will be announced. Note that the CDS written result will be provisional.
CDS 2 2025 result notice reads that “The marksheet of the candidates will be available on the Commission’s website within 15 days from the date of publication of the final result of OTA course (after conducting SSB Interview) and will remain available on the website for a period of 30 days.”
All those who clear the CDS written exam will then have to clear the SSB Interview and Psychological Tests, Medical Examination, Publication of the Final Merit List, allocation to Training Academies (IMS, OTA, INA, AFA), and Training as Officers.
