ISI 2024 Merit List will be released in the second week of June 2024. It is a national level examination conducted by Indian Statistical Institute (ISI). ISI Admission Test is conducted every year for candidates seeking admission into various campuses of ISI. The qualified candidates will get shortlisted for admission in various UG and PG programmes like B.Sat. (Hons), B.Maths (Hons), M.Maths, M.Tech, etc. Qualifying students will get admission in Bangalore, Delhi, Chennai and Tezpur campuses.

ISI 2024 Merit List

Candidates who have appeared for the examination will be able to view the ISI 2024 result. It will be made available through online mode. No offline mode will be entertained to check the result. The candidates will get selected for admission on the basis of the marks scored in the examination.

After the interview process, the authority will publish the final merit list. Candidates are advised to take a print out of the result and keep it safe till the completion of admission procedure. The merit list will be prepared on the basis of the candidate’s performance in the exam and interview.

ISI Tie Breaking Criteria 2024

The tie-breaking criteria will be used in case two or more candidates scores the same marks in the entrance exam. To break the tie, authority will consider the marks of the candidates in different subjects, rank of the candidate, category of the candidate, age of the candidate and many other factors.

ISI 2024 Cut Off

The ISI cut off will be released by the authority through online mode. The cut-off marks will be decided by the authority and published on the website after the commencement of examination. The ISI cutt-off will be released for various courses. The minimum qualifying marks must be scored by the candidates to be eligible for admission.

The authority will consider various factors such as availability of seats, total number of applicants, difficulty level of exam and many other factors while preparing the cut-off. The cut-off will be different for each course and category.

ISI 2024 Counselling

The counselling process will be conducted after the declaration of the result. Candidates will be called for counselling/ interview round on the basis of the merit list. Candidates whose name will appear in the merit list will be called for ISI counselling procedure.

At the time of seat allotment, various rounds will be organized. Once all the rounds will be conducted successfully, physical verification of documents will be done. So candidates must carry all the required documents needed for counseling. Applicants will need to also submit medical clearance and various other documents as given below:

• ISI admit card
• Class 10th/ 12th level marksheet
• Class 10th/ 12th level certificates
• Category certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Passport size photograph, etc.

ISI 2024 Admission Procedure

The ISI admission process will start in the month of July 2024. The provisional allocation of seats will be done for the eligible candidates. The candidates who will accept the provisional seat offer will be required to download the provisional seat allocation letter from the website.

Students will need to confirm and accept their seats by the allocated center for the verification process. Seats will be allotted to applicants on the basis of the following factors:

• Category of the student such as General, OBC-NCL, SC, etc.
• Position in the merit list.
• Preference of courses given by the candidates.
• Availability of seats in different quota for which candidate is eligible.
