NEET MDS 2025 Application Form will be tentatively released in fourth week of January 2025 through online mode. NEET MDS (National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test- MDS) is a single entrance examination conducted for admission to MDS (Masters of Dental Surgery) programmes. It is a national level entrance examination conducted by the National Board of Examination in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) once in a year. It will be mandatory for candidates to qualify NEET MDS entrance exam to get admission in various medical institutes/universities offering MDS Courses.

NEET MDS 2025 Application Form

• The online registration process for NEET MDS 2025 will be commenced through online mode.
• The application form will be released in fourth week of January 2025.
• Candidates must satisfy the eligibility criteria before applying for NEET MDS 2025.
• The application form must be filled completely and carefully as it will lead to rejection of application.
• Applicants must fill in their personal as well as academic details in the application form.
• Candidates are advised to make necessary changes in the application form before the closing date of edit window, i.e. fourth week of February 2025.
• The last date to submit the application will be till third week of February 2025.
• Take a printout of application form and keep it safe for future reference.

Application Fee:

• Application fee will be deposited through online mode only.
• Applicants will have to use online payment gateways such as debit card/ credit card/net banking to submit application fee.
• Fee paid by candidates will be non-refundable under any circumstances.

NEET MDS 2025 Correction

Candidates who have successfully submitted their application fee during the time of application submission will only be allowed to edit their applications. Candidates will be able to make changes in application form in fourth week of February 2025.

All the documents uploaded and details entered in application form will be corrected during the edit window except for Name, Test City, Nationality, Mobile Number and Email ID. The editing will be done for a given time period only.

NEET MDS 2025 Eligibility Criteria

These are the eligibility requirements, candidates must fulfill to apply for NEET MDS 2025:

• Qualifications: Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in Dental Surgery recognised by a university/institutes within India.
• One must be registered with Dental Council of India (DCI) or State Dental Council (SDC) to be eligible for exam.
• Internship: Applying candidates must have completed a 12 month of mandatory internship or practical training on or before 31st March 2025.

• Click on the “New User Registration” option provided on homepage.
• Complete the registration process and obtain a user ID and password.
• Now, proceed to fill an online application form.
• Enter basic details like Name, DOB, Gender, Nationality, Email ID other personal and academic entails to fill the form.
• Upload all the required documents such as photograph, signature, thumb impression etc in prescribed format.
• Make payment of prescribed application fee using online payment gateway.
• Before final submission, review all the details and make the necessary corrections.
• At last, submit the application form and take a printout of it for further processing.
