JEE Main Exam Update: The National Testing Agency today on January 8, 2026 released the JEE Main 2026 examination city slip, through online mode.
Candidates are required to enter their application number, password, and digital security code to check and download their JEE Main 2026 session 1 exam city intimation slip.
The direct link to download is released on NTA’s respective website. Candidates whose have submitted the JEE forms within the deadline are eligible to download city slip.
How To Download JEE Main Exam City Intimation Slip 2026
Below are the instructions that you are required to follow to check and download the JEE city slip:
- Visit the official website of JEE Main (direct link given below)
- On the home page, visit the “latest news” section.
- Click on the link that reads “JEE Main 2026: City Intimation Slip for Session 1”.
- Now click on the link, and a login window will appear on your screen.
- Enter the required credentials & click on “login” button.
- JEE Main City intimation slip will appear on your screen.
- Download the city intimation slip for further use.

The JEE Main 2026 Session 1 exam dates are also revised. Exam will be held between 21st – 29th January 2026. NTA will conduct Paper 1 (B.E./B. Tech.) in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode and Paper 2A (B. Arch.) Mathematics (Part I) and the Aptitude Test (Part II) in CBT mode.
However, the Drawing Test (Part III) will take place offline using A4-size drawing sheets and, for Paper 2B (B. Planning), will be conducted in Mathematics (Part I), the Aptitude Test (Part II), and Planning-Based Questions (Part III) in CBT mode.
