JEXPO 2025 Application Form will be made available in online mode. JEXPO is a state level examination through which admission is offered into Diploma courses. Admission through JEXPO examination will be provided in courses i.e. Diploma in Engineering & Technology, Diploma in 3-D Animation & Graphics etc. West Bengal State Council of Technical Education is the conducting authority of this exam. JEXPO is also known as Joint Entrance Examination for Polytechnics. Exam scores will be considered for admission into several government or private institutes/ colleges within west bengal state.

JEXPO 2025 Application Form

Below we have given step by step procedure to apply for JEXPO application form 2025:

• FIlling of application form will started from fourth week of February 2025.
• One must fill registration form of JEXPO 2025 carefully through online mode. No offline facility will be available to submit the form.
• Before filling the JEXPO application form, candidates must read complete eligibility & instructions.
• Fill application form with details i.e. educational qualifications, personal, address, category & other.
• While filling the application form candidates will also have to select exam centre & upto five institutes as per their choice.
• Upload scanned coloured photograph & signature in the JPG/ JPEG format.
• Candidates will need to fill out only one application form, multiple forms of the same candidate will be rejected.
• Candidates will be allowed to submit form till fourth week of March 2025.
• No correction facility will be provided by the authority after final submission of form, so fill correct details in the application form.
• There will be no need to send hard copy of the application form by post to the authority.
• Candidates must take a printout of the confirmation page for future references.

Application Fee:

• Registration fee will be Rs. 450/- (Rs. 225/- for Kanyashree Enrollees).
• JEXPO 2025 application fee will be paid via online mode.
• For online payment candidates must use UPI, Credit card, debit card, and net banking payment gateways.
• Fee will be non-refundable in nature.

JEXPO 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must full fill the eligibility criteria given below before applying for JEXPO 2025 exam:

• Nationality: Candidates with Indian nationality will be eligible to apply.
• Qualification: One must have passed 10th class or its equivalent examination from any recognized board/ council/institute.
• Age Limit: In order to be eligible for exam, candidates must be born before 1st July 2010.
• Marks: Candidates must secure 35% marks in their qualifying exam. There will be no upper age limit criteria to apply.
• Domicile: Applying aspirants must be a permanent resident of west bengal state.
• Subjects: In the 10th level, candidates must have Science and Mathematics subjects.
• Appearing: Candidates those are appearing in 10th class, will also be eligible to apply.

How to Apply for JEXPO 2025

Candidates can refer the steps below, to fill application form of JEXPO 2025:

• Go to the JEXPO website (link will be available above).
• On the homescreen click on “Register” button.
• Register on the website as a new candidate and enter required name, mobile number and password.
• A system generated login ID will be sent to the registered mobile number or email ID.
• Through the registration number & password login on the website.
• Read all the instructions carefully before filling the application form.
• Fill details such as personal, academic details, address, phone number etc. carefully.
• Click ‘submit & continue’ button.
• Upload required documents i.e. photograph and signature in the JPG/ JPEG format.
• Candidates are advised to not sign in the capital letters & don’t attest the photograph.
• Now, go to the payment section & select your payment method. No offline method will be accepted to submit fee.
• Pay the application fee through online mode.
• Payment will be received through Credit card, Debit card, and Net Banking, UPI for transaction.
• No correction facility will be provided after the last date, so preview and crosscheck all the details before submitting the registration form.
• Now, submit application form after verifying all the details.
• At last, take printout of the application form and fee receipt for further references.
